Great retreat
Loved the view of nothing but trees out balcony and bedroom patio. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom were convenient. Close proximity to many nature trails and golf courses was really nice.

Clean, spacious for the cost, well stocked, great decorations. Only thing the microwave turn table was gone and microwave didn’t work. But called and they will get someone out to fix. Definitely would stay there again. Be careful driving at night a lot of deer.

The house was very comfortable, well maintained, and is located in a nice neighborhood. It had everything necessary for cooking and relaxing during a multi-day stay. The owners made everything easy and smooth for both check in and check out and responded quickly to our few questions. Although it is not an issue for us, there are stairs to get to the bedrooms and full bathroom. We would happily stay here again.

Worked perfect for our needs
Needed a local place to stay overnight prior to a sunrise kayak run. This place was PERFECT for what we needed. Spacious enough for 6 adults, super clean, and just the correct level of remoteness. We left our gear in the trucks, as nobody was around. We never saw another person the entire time we were there. We will be back. Thanks!

Comfortable!
Tastefully but comfortably decorated with beautiful scenery from the deck. We spent 3 nights/ days here and even though there are condos on either side, it was very quiet. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer❤️ Hope to visit again some day!

Nice clean, well appointed quiet place in the trees of Bella Vista. Good home base for our visit to the Bentonville area where after a long day we had a great place to relax and recharge. Thanks for providing all we needed to have a few home cooked meals!

Thank you for being our guest. Sorry to hear that you felt your stay was less than "5" stars as that is always our goal with every guest. If you have specific feedback about what could have been better, please send it our way, as we did not hear from you about anything during your stay. In regards to the lighting, most Bella Vista townhomes have limited "built-in" lighting just by design given the era that they were built, therefore, we have to accommodate via lamps, which we have 4 of in one bedroom and 3 in the other, which we feel is more than adequate for most any needs. Amazing townhome!
This townhome was beautiful and newly remodeled. It made our weekend so much more convenient than staying in a hotel. The owners made everything so comfortable. Communication was great too. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Bella Vista area.

My family and I rented this place because we wanted to see what Bella Vista was all about. It’s in a peaceful area with a grocery store, a few restaurants, golf courses, and tons of trails including Tanyard Creek (must see!). It’s about 10-15 mins to Bentonville. The place was clean and cute. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this property for a night during a recent road trip. The property was adorable and so clean! The location was a bit removed, but that wasn't an issue for us as we were there only a short time. But, only a few minutes drive from downtown Bentonville and just a few minutes from the Chapel and the supermarket. The owner/management were very easy to work with and correspond with. Would rent again!

This unit was very clean and comfortable. The furniture seemed new and was great for relaxing. Only issue was with the door lock but that turned out to be my mistake. Very quiet area convenient access to golf courses and to Bentonville.

Everything was as advertised. The only negative from my perspective is something the owners cannot control, the neighbors. We returned from dinner one night to 3 guys a couple doors down who obviously had too much to drink, cussing at me for no reason. All else was great.
