This is an old property. The carpet is worn, all of the furnishings are mismatched. Curtains don't match, etc. There was an extensive wall repair that didnt get past the mudding stage. There was a piece of wood next to that, hanging by hinges. Openimg revealed a hole into the wall that had an electrical box. Rusty hardware. Dirty wall heaters. The wifi didnt work, and even though a list of provided tv channels was in the room, they were nowhere to be found, only the free Roku channels showed up. I had the tv rescan for channels, but nothing new showed up. But i kinda knew what i was going to get for the price. I would really like to say that the staff I encountered were very professional and friendly.

Said 24/7 front seat, but no one was there when checked in around mid night. Waited for 15mins standing outside where temperature was 34 degrees. Freezing!

You ran the door bell and I was right there I had to get a shirt on because it was 2:30am and I was sleeping. You were outside 5mins if that and we don’t open the door that late for safety reasons. We are sorry that it was cold outside

Property was clean and comfortable. Maybe a little dated but isn't that what you expect from a nostalgic roadside motel? Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only area i thought might be cleaned a little better was around the vent winow in the shower and the baseboard corner bhind the bathroom door. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was so much better than we had anticipated. Comfortable bed, soft new towels, remodeled bathroom. Night and day from other inexpensive options. Front desk was also super nice and helpful. Will definitely return there next time we are in Bend.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. My complaint would be about the noise outside our room every morning. People were extremely noisy. Maybe some weather stripping around the doors and a reminder to guests that there are other guests who do sleep at night and in the A.M.

This day by far was very wonderful the staff and also the managers were very good at making sure everything went as planned I definitely recommend staying here due to the fact that it is above excellence overall satisfied conveniently located next to several good businesses the managers have a way of always being there for you when you need them and are prompt to fix things if anything goes wrong

Giving a 1 star after we upgraded you, then you came back in, tossed the key on the desk and walked out. You were a below average guest and it was unpleasant dealing with you and your poor attitude demanding a tub, the kicker, the room had a tub, but you still left.

Carpet was soaking wet. Came up between my toes on my way to the bathroom. Alternative room was extremely poor condition. Ripped up furniture, the full size bed in stead of the queen size bed that was in the original room was higher at the foot than at the head. Tv was very basic and the remote that they finally found did not work with the tv. Basically a low end flop house.

Great reviews are accurate.
Previous reviews were spot on. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I booked this spot because it had great reviews online and the price was nice. However, I have to say as a single female staying alone at night this wasn't the greatest location. Didn't help me feel any better when literally a couple minutes after checking in, I had a homeless man bugging me. I was also woken up to an ambulance entering the facility first thing in the morning. Just your run of the mill semi-sketchy motel. Pictures make it look a lot nicer than it really is. Also, should be noted- the whole place is an old single level motel... everything is ground floor which was not depicted in the photos of the double story (check in only) area.....

Bad experience at Holiday Motel
Found a messy Ding Dong wrapper in the bed under the sheet, another candy wrapper under the pillow. They gave me the smallest room I have ever been in at this motel after I asked for a big room. The towels were hard and scratchy, the parking in front of room 20 was way too short and someone hit my car trying to park/back out of the spot next to mine. I have stayed here many times in the past, I think I'll stay elswhere from here on ouy.

The room was okay, but I did not feel too safe, as one of the windows was not fully in the track, so it could be easily pushed out from inside or pulled out from outside. I took a video of this that I will post on Google for the review section. Other than that, the room was acceptable. A little dirtier than a low-budget hotel, but that's to be expected. The sheets and top blanket were clean, but stained in some spots (which I also took photos of), and the carpet was a little tacky/damp to the touch, so I just made sure to wear slippers. Aside from that, it is genuinely okay for a one-night stop when passing through town, or if in need of shelter for a night. I believe that I would have been a little less negative if the window was secure, so take my harsh criticism with a grain of salt.

Clean, cozy, comfortable room for a reasonable rate. Easy access to US-97 Very friendly, attentive managers. There was a minor issue with my shower which they addressed/resolved immediately. Couldn't ask for better service or place to stay.

The room was very clean but the bed was horrible. My husband and I barely slept because of how uncomfortable the bed was. Everything else was great.

Lots of nice upgrades for an older motel. Beautiful walk in shower, nice bedding, refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Everything smelled and looked clean and we had a lovely stay.
