You can’t find a better place than Central Oregon to escape the stress safely. River, hill, and trail welcome you and promise to help you rejuvenate.

PLEASE inform us of your plans to bring your dog (no other pets allowed). One dog, less than 50 lbs only. Dog must be crated when left alone in unit. $75 pet fee for one dog applies. Owner must verify that dog is current on all vaccines and flea medications. Guest will pick up/clean up all pet waste and will be responsible for costs associated with remediation of fleas, or damage from dog. Dog not to be left unattended in property unless kenneled. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Creatively remodeled standalone cottage in Old Bend. Perfect for a couple with or without a youngster. Summer guests will be drawn to all of the walkable river and trail attractions in town. Shopping, brew pubs, wine tasting, coffee, and bakeries are leisurely strolls from your front door. Slope lovers are just blocks away from Colorado Ave, which whisks them away to Mt Bachelor.

Great Spot!
I stayed here for a few days while in bend and it was a really cozy house! The full kitchen was great, bed and couches were super comfortable. Only downside was we couldn’t figure out how the tv worked for possible streaming but there were a few dvds to select from. Overall a great stay in a great location.

Nice Pet Friendly House But Could Use Some Help
This is a decent sized home in an area of Bend that is very close to nice places to eat and drink. Our main issue was the two places to sit in the living room. The main sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on for more than a minute of two and the little futon type settee may have been more uncomfortable than that. Now this was not a deal breaker, but I am older (71) and disabled, so we spend a little more time in our room and sitting than the average visitor to Bend, and a comfortable place to hang out was just not there. For us anyway. But the price to stay was GREAT, and the bed comfortable. They also had a great kitchen. If they upgraded the sitting, we would return for sure. Thanks.

very clean and unusually well supplied. All was highly satisfactory. Beer bar next door that luckily shut down at 7PM and then seemed to shut down permanently. Nearby nice grocery store.

This little house was just perfect for 1 or 2 people. It is comfortable, cozy and well equipped. I cooked every night and was very comfortable in the kitchen, with its wide granite counter, dishwasher, disposer, full size range and microwave. The washer-dryer were very handy. The bathroom and shower are spacious and fully equipped. The location worked great for me, very close to everything I needed. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for a long weekend trip with my husband. Location was perfect! Was within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, parks, and was closer then most hotels we saw. The house itself is small and could use some TLC. Furniture was old and the house had a musty smell. We had 2 questions for the property manager about potential early check-in and requesting the door code as we could not locate it, and didn’t receive very friendly communication.

Cute cottage in great location
This cottage was in a great location, easy walk to both downtown and old mill. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Bend. Clean property, kitchen and laundry were great and a nice little patio out back.

The condo was clean, well appointed and ideally located if you’re looking for a nice stroll to either downtown or the old mill district. Boneyard made for great neighbors as well. The bed was average, the unit was cozy, and we appreciated having a home-base to rest with our newborn and dog.

Family get together in Bend
We had a great time in Bend! Our unit was perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen and bath were very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. There was a lovely patio in the back. We were within walking distance of a cute downtown shopping/eating area and a grocery store, “Market of Choice.” We walked to a beautiful modern library, and drove with our family to Sparks Lake, and to the High Desert Museum. The property manager called to check up on us in the middle of our stay. We felt very well cared for. I would definitely stay here again if or when we are able to come back.

Great location next to everything you need but quiet and comfy to hangout and recover for a little after your long brewery tours or beautiful hikes. Property manager communicated fantastic when addressing an issue with the cottage and was fixed the very next day!

Good stay in a good neighborhood
Stay was as advertised and enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood close to many amenities. Only downside was a small water heater that resulted in running out of hot water very quickly. I would recommend a larger tank. There were also very small traces of mildew about eye height on the grout of the shower, but very minor. Overall a great stay and a great place. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location
I was apprehensive about booking online without seeing the property. We were in Bend for a wedding, and I wanted somewhere that we could wash our clothes and cook breakfast. When we arrived , I was glad to see a driveway to park in off the road, a beautiful yard, and a very clean cottage. It is located in a neighborhood with many other such cottages and some owner occupied homes. It is not a high-end neighborhood but we felt safe and enjoyed talking with residents and other tourists. The location is perfect for those who want to visit Old Bend. It is less than a mile to all of the shops and restaurants, and a pleasant walk. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large and recently remodeled, and the appliances are new. The one con is that the furniture is worn. We would stay here again and recommend this cottage to our friends.

I stayed in Bend for a friend’s wedding. I wasn’t at the house very much that weekend, but it was perfect for me - clean, the kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies (and coffee!), and it was in a great location to grab groceries and go to restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit my friends.
