As soon as you walked in you could smell stale cigarette smoke. The room smells so bad. Generally it looked clean, just stunk. You can hear everything going on. My poor mom didn't get much sleep because the people next to her room were up all night yelling.

It is very hard to get my wheelchair into the room. Were staying in room 131 and it is overall nice. However, it would be appreciated if the handicapped rooms were 2 bed so we couldve stayed in there because, i am a handicapped person as well as my dad and we need my mom and my kid with us rather then me staying in handicapped and them staying in another room. However, the lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful and helped us get a room that would be easier to access.

THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF WERE GREAT!!!! This is a small hotel owned, I believe by a small local company. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

There was literally a homeless camp on the corner of the parking lot. The steps to the second level weren’t level and were unsafe. Room was smelly, felt dirty. We left in the middle of the night. Couldn’t sleep here.

The staff was tremendous. We were thankful to have found a room at last minute on game weekend The room flooring was upgraded and clean but the public walkways were dirty and trashy There was no accessibility to get to the second floor The fridge was removed from the room and was left in the wall area and water was all over the floor of our room Shower head didn't fully engage The cops showed up while we were waiting for an Uber which was unsettling

Our 1st room had Bed Bugs not to mention was filthy. Our second room was run down and dirty. Bed was terrible kept hearing the springs popping every time you rolled over. Never left coffee cups in the room and only gave one packet of coffee even though they knew we had two people in the room. Also only two VERY small towels. When we called front desk for more coffee they wanted us to pick it up from them. Also only bar soap. Which people don’t want to share soap. The hotel overall was very run down and filthy. Also had gnats flying around the room.

Checked in and left for lunch came back and went to check the room and it was in the condition of the pictures below. The front desk Accused us of causing the damages. The front desk workers were very rude, unprofessional and trying to intimidate me when asking for a refund due to the condition of the room. We were denied a full or even partial refund because we didn’t immediately go and check out the room, upon checking in (as mentioned above we went to lunch prior to going to the room) overall a horrible experience

At our hotel we follow a pattern for housekeeping work inspected before they leave the room after cleaning, however example of a missed supply is felt as per your observation mentioned. Our Maintenace staff has already fixed all missing parts, apparently busted by previous guest probably who had stayed in that room. It should be noted that this is in fact a motel NOT a hotel. We were lied to. But the staff was very friendly and the bedding was clean. Honestly just the walls and ac could’ve used a little cleaning but for the money it was fine.

The Bathrooms are like Public Restrooms, I think is the only thing that didn't get remodel! The Tuns are Nasty, the Paint came off, I guess they didn't wanna change them for centuries, so decided was cheaper to paint them, the Faucet was Nasty, not that the Cleaning Lady doesn't clean, because the Staff is Fantastic, the Owner's are just cheap.
