“Not excited”

The location of the hotel was great. The bed sheets didn't fit, the pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was horrible, no water pressure and the shower heads didn't work like they should.

“Average budget hotel”

The room was clean, the price was right, and the location was where we needed to be. My only complaint was the heat. When we first arrived the room was understandably chilly, as the heat was turned very low. It took a little time getting it warmed up, and then it got too warm. That was probably more operator error, than the hotel's fault. The parking lot was really, really icy, as it had snowed a couple days before. Roads were clear, but the parking area had not been serviced, and it made parking pretty touchy.
