This is a great location to stay at while visiting your university of Arkansas college student. So convenient to restaurants and Sam’s club.

Wasnt a fan of the 100 dollar cash deposit. After being super tired and pulling in late, it was a huge frustration to leave and find a bank to use their atm.

We usually contact guest that will need the deposit but was unaware as there was only a phone number listed on your reservation. I will also discuss with the staff to remind them that I have authorized the deposits to now be placed on cards as I understand not everyone carries cash on hand. I apologize if this was not disclosed to you.
Tracee Garrett is amazing. She is so helpful and always willing to help. She helped us with an amazing room and breakfast. She works so hard and we told her that we would be coming back to the Sleep Inn because of her-se deserves a raise!!! The breakfast was delicious!!!

At first really happy with the hotel. After getting settled into bed noticed the sheets are either not fresh or the washing system is dirty as I’ve found several different types of hair in the sheets. I have long black hair the types I’m finding are not mine and I’ve only just pulled the bedding off. My son and I are already settled in for the night and I don’t want to make a fuss about it.

Sleep Inn never received our reservation and had to contact Hotels.com for verification. We ended up in a room with double beds. We were not offered to move to a king size for the duration of our stay. Housekeeping is not offered daily, so we had to take towels downstairs and request fresh linens and coffee for the room. We never once saw a manager on the premises. The breakfast was excellent! Overall, I don't think stating there again.

unfortunately, your reservation did not come through to the hotels system but we did honor the reservation. We show that the reservation was booked for a single queen bed room (we do not have king beds on this property) not all queen beds have fridge and microwaves. We did not have the room type you had booked so we upgraded the room type to a double with the fridge and microwave. We do put the housekeeping service is upon request on the inside of every key card packet and had we known we would have been more than happy to provide housekeeping service. It might have been hard to noticed management as we were actually covering the morning shifts on the front desk and taking care of the breakfast each morning the dates of your stay. We are sorry that you feel we did not do our best to take care of you during your stay

Walking distance to Chilis. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, shower is amazing. Breakfast is amazing, scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits, cereal, yogurt, hot coffee, yogurt, danishes, apple, orange juice to name a few.

For being right next to the freeway, the room was quiet and lovely! The only thing I wish could had been different was the temperature setting on the AC unit in our room. We were too warm at night and unfortunately, couldn't set the temperature lower than 65 degrees. It made it difficult to fall asleep. Overall, good stay with a very comfortable bed.

Checkin went smoothly. The room was clean. The shower was a bit odd, after using it flooded the floor, so be careful. Otherwise a good place to sleep while you explore the city during the day.

This is an older property which is reflected in the rate. A clean, well-maintained hotel is always a gem and I always appreciate those stays. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in last night has a bulging seam that greets you as soon as the door is opened (see pic). There are several dings in the walls that were painted without being filled and other places semi-gloss was used to touch up egghell or matte paint. Both are poor choices that highlight the problem instead of properly repairing it.
This morning, I pushed back the curtains for more light and saw a terribly stained window (see pic). I would give the room 5 stars for cleanliness except the bed spread had a dried stain that immediately made me question whether it had been laundered. I almost switched to the other bed, but didn't want to use 2 sets of sheets for a single night. The bed is very comfortable and pillows are perfect.
The bathroom, especially the shower, was exceptionally clean and sparkling. I appreciated the eco-friendly shower head. The room is well-appointed with in-room coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. However, the water has an algae-like odor that makes coffee and even tooth brushing unappealing. I booked this room for about $35 less than the sister hotel across the parking lot. It's fine for a budget friendly night or two, but it could be a real gem with better maintenance.

Staff at front desk where not very helpful. The staff would not let us check in 15 min early. And then once they did start checking in took a very long time. Room was dirty. Pillows and sheets were stained yellow. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was a nice clean hotel. Seems like all of the hotels were very expensive in Fayetteville, but this one was a good value compared to the rest.

Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean. VERY THIN WALLS!! It was a noisy stay as I could hear the person beside me and above me. Walking down the hall you could hear the tvs from the rooms. The traffic from the interstate could be heard in the room as well.
