It was really clean when we got there, pretty decent room. We stayed four nites. After we got there the room was never serviced except once, and they only brought new towels nothing else was done, we emptied our own trash, straightened up each day some. We had to ask for wash clothes. Bed was never made or sheets changed, which is ok, no biggie, we was ok with that, because it was just me and my wife. Room was never serviced at all only to bring towels once. Over all it was a clean place, bfast was pretty decent. Folks there were nice, the maids just didn’t do their job.

Excellent service!
Our experience was excellent at the Springhill suites in Bentonville. The staff went above and beyond when I had an inquiry. To the point that I never have experienced it at another hotel. Our room was clean and nice. We had a mini fridge and microwave. The eco friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. I recommend this property, it had everything we needed.

We got the 2 queen bed “suite” since that’s all they had left for the night. I was thinking, for the price, that the room would come with perks! The body wash in the shower was watered down. The beds were HARD. The a/c unit worked half ass (we brought a fan) and they forgot to mention that there would be renovations going on next door to our room. By the time we settled down and went to sleep it was after midnight. And we were woken up to hammering well before 9 am.

I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and refreshed as anticipated. The proximity to the busy road and the construction just adjacent to the hotel was a surprise.

The room itself was ok. TV was marginally viewable from both the seating area and the bed. Sofa upholstery was nylon/plastic like and uncomfortable. It was a large room. Lobby space and dinning space was small, grounds were not interesting. Road construction made access difficult. No one thing was terrible, but in total I wish I stayed elsewhere. Now I know.

No, I'm not usually so negative, but . . .
Construction around the entrance of the property was a little difficult to maneuver (being blind in one eye and arriving in the dark didn't help). Coffee was removed from the lobby (preferred not to make it in the room and needed the kind of cream they provide around the coffee bar). Front desk acted like she was surprised that we were surprised : )) Came down to purchase a snack first night. but when a small bag of nuts came up $6 . . . I decided I didn't need a snack after all. The pillows were horrible. Old and without head support (which I need), so sleep deprivation ailed me for a couple of days. Wall or door separating our room and the next room left no insulation. I had brought work to do and the desk was right there in that spot for me to hear every word said. Just annoying and uncomfortable sometimes. Price of the room didn't reflect at all any of these negatives and there were SO MANY hotels to choose from. Only took a 2-day getaway from Broken Arrow in 'celebration' of my husband's birthday, and we didn't want to take on the hassle of changing rooms or even hotels so we just lived with it. I want to let Springhill Suites know what matters to people who normally don't sweat the small stuff, but management could do better in making their customers want to return.
