What a great place!
Absolutely perfect stay! We got to the room about 8:30p, outside light was on, easy to get into the room and completely private entrance. Room was extremely clean, an almost full size refrigerator, great insulation so could not hear the homeowners at all. Great attention to detail, like extra towels, coffee bar, blankets, fan, space heater. 5 minutes to the main town area. If we come back to Bentonville we are definitely staying here again! Thank you for the great stay!

Great private space
Beautiful neighborhood and only 10 minutes to downtown Bentonville where we spent most of our time. Private entrance on side of house and space was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was exactly as expected based on description/post. Remember to bring your own shower shampoo/soap, but otherwise everything we needed was provided (fridge, coffee, hair dryer, iron). Check-in/out was super easy. We’d definitely stay here again next time we return to area.

Little Apartment
It was a nice place to rest and take a shower. The owner was very accommodating and responded very well. The only thing i wish it would of had that it did not was a small refrigerator.
