Good Value In Bentonville
Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Happy overall for the price we paid in what has become an expensive town to own property in. There were a few things in the rental that looked to need attention but overall they did not blemish our stay.

Great place but needed some updating on the listing
First I want to say the host was very helpful and accommodating- she is 5 stars. The listing didn’t match what we arrived to. The cleanliness was just not like the reviews we read. I do feel it was a cleaning company issue and should easily be resolved. The grill needs to be replaced as it was rusted out. There were some bugs and the host did offer to bring some things by to remedy it but we declined. If the cleaning company did a better job this may not have been the case. Listing offered s’mores kit for the fire pit but all items were open and expired. My suggestion would not to offer it if it’s not going to be replaced after each stay. Host said she is going to take the issues up with the cleaning company and I believe that she will get this fixed.

Nice maintain house
The house was very well decorated and close to all the activities that we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. If we come back to Bentonville we will look at renting the place again.

Extremely clean, adorable home!
The property manager has done an excellent job. The home has been beautifully updated and is extremely clean and comfortable. Great communication re check in. The back yard is very nice and private. Highly recommend for families. Location is close to 14th street and easy access to highways, although there was some very late night noise (fireworks, bonfires) from neighbors. Highly recommend - a great choice when you’re in the area.

Nice house in a Great Location
Came down to go to Beaver Lake and do some bike riding and had a great trip. Location of house is great. Easy bike ride down to some of the breweries as well as downtown Bentonville. We also liked the fact that 14th street, which is the main road the house is off, is Highway 12 too that takes you East and a short 20 minute drive to the lake. It’s also just a few blocks East of Highway 49, which is the main road. Great location! Owners/Property managers were on top of communication. Impressed!

Great property in Bentonville
Rachel was awesome because communication went really well. She went above and beyond by being flexible with our check in time because we were driving down from MN. The rooms are well taken care of and it was very comfortable. Never had an issue. Will definitely book again if we're in the area.

Great property and host!
Rachel was a very kind and efficient host. She reached out before and during the stay to make sure everything was set and going well. The house had plenty of towels, pillows and bedding. All hardwood or tile floors made it easy to know the place was clean and well kept. We were given access to the garage and anything we needed. If only there were 6 stars instead of only 5!
Everything you look for in a VRBO was here. Clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, bedding, and dishes. Outdoors fully stocked with charcoal grill and fire pit. Convenient to town and bicycle paths. Quiet neighborhood and big yard. And the owners were quick to respond to any and all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Super fun in Bentonville
Very nice home close to downtown Bentonville. Decor and appliances are modern. Kitchen is fully equipped. Host, Rachal stopped by early in our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Great location, kitchen and backyard
Our family enjoyed the spaciousness and location. The house sits minutes away from all major Bentonville activities. Small critiques include lack of sponge for dish cleaning, minimal kitchen utensils and dishes and a few lightbulbs were out. Also an extremely high master bed. I’d recommend place to friends and family for sure.

A perfect shelter for FORMATfest
The VRBO was perfect for resting between adventures! The door code checkin, calm setting, dark rooms, and comfy sheets kept us rested and replenished for music festival romps. I found the in-garage repair stands and tools to be very impressive!

Crystal Bridges Getaway
There are not enough superlatives for me to use concerning 1206. It was so clean, clean, clean!!! Everything one would need in the kitchen!! Even two kinds of coffee pots! It was wonderful to be able to have an attached garage to use. Master shower was excellent!! There were just the two of us but I would highly recommend this place for a family. It is also located with easy access to everything!! We would not hesitate to use 1206 time and time again!!

Great House
We came from Texas to visit family. This house is remodeled nicely and very clean. We could tell a lot of time and thought was put into it. You can get to so many activities and locations from this house. There was a lot of information in the home and the hostess was very friendly and responsive. Perfect spot for Bentonville Wedding
Great location and great house. We stayed 4 nights at the property and would definitely go back! Host was incredible at communication and so accommodating to our group. We had three adults a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Great space to prep and get ready for a family wedding in Bentonville. Great location right across from Buttered Biscuit and I-49!

The best host
We were moving here from Out of state, and looking for an Air B&B to stay while our new house is being renovated. This house is fully furnished and everything is super thoughtful inside for a family with little kids (they even included a welcome basket that’s filled with fireworks and sparklers since we checked in right before July 4th.) The location of the house is convenient as well, seconds away from good restaurants and minutes away from Walmart neighborhood market and Sam’s Club. But it’s still away from the Main Street, so it’s nice and quiet. In addition, we can’t thank the host enough for their accommodations and great hospitality, super fast and nice response. If we need to have a place to stay again, we would choose this one again in a heartbeat. Highly highly recommend! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great house
The house was very clean and has plenty of space. We loved the walk-in shower in the master bath. The yard is huge and our daughter enjoyed making s'mores with the fire pit. The binder with all of the recommendations was helpful. It only takes about 5 minutes to drive downtown. Great stay!

April vacation in Bentonville
We had a great experience renting this home. Owners were good with updates as when the lawn was getting cut. They also have a book with the area restaurants with reviews and biking areas. We found this very helpful. The home is comfortable with the essentials. It was just the right space for my husband and 2 teenage sons, who love the big TV. Since we were here for the mountain biking, the garage space was key to storing the bikes after our day of riding. We would definitely rent this home again and can not wait to return to explore more of the trails that the area has to offer.

Great location!
We came for Garth, but my husband and his friend took advantage of the great access to bike trails. Lots of biking accessories and tools available at the property. We ended up with 6 adults at the house Friday night, so 2 of them took the twin bunks and it worked out just fine 😂 Easy access to Springdale and Fayetteville and also pretty close to crumble cookies if you are a fan! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here!
