Great Location near all the important things in Big Bear.
Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer.

Great location, clean condo, loved the hot tub
Loved this place. Very communicative owner. They accidentally charged me 5x (nearly $2000) for a stay that’s under $500. Owner was responsive and refunded me immediately. Would stay here again. Just make sure they only charge you 1x for your stay. Lol

Big bear stay
We loved our time here! This cute condo worked out perfectly for our family with children. Our kids loved the bunk beds, loved the old style arcade games, and we thoroughly enjoyed dips in the hot tub. Everything was clean and tidy and we'll definitely be staying here again!!

Comfortable, Well stocked, Great Location
Positives: This ground level condo is clean (for the most part) comfortable and well stocked with just about everything you would need (except Kleenex and sugar/sweetener). Furniture and appliances are attractive and in excellent condition. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of miles from the main shopping and dining area of Big Bear. Many thoughtful touches such as labeling all light switches, providing TVs in both bedrooms, and many coffee pods for the Keurig machine. Negatives for me are that in several rooms, baseboards, doors and some wall areas were grimy and marred with black marks from shoes, luggage, etc. Several doors were quite dirty around the door handle. Little privacy when blinds are opened: public walkways and parking lots are directly adjacent to this unit so any passerby can see directly into the rooms.

We loved the little cozy/ clean/ well equipped condo. It’s nice that there is a pool and hot tub. Everything worked perfect and we didn’t have any issues. We will recommend this place 100% Oh! And the most important thing: there is a Mrs. Pac-Man machine!!! That was fun! Thank you!

Wonderful stay!
My 2 teen daughters, their friend and I stayed over MLK weekend and had a great stay at this condo! We were stuck in heavy rain/snow with nowhere to go and Mario was kind of enough to let us in a bit early! The condo is very cute, clean, the beds are comfy! We had all the necessities for a .great stay. Parking is right in front of the condo also, but I suggest parking on the far side of the lot if it snows a lot, otherwise you'll have to dig out your tires! Overall, I highly recommend this condo!

I stayed here for two nights with my young children. It was easy to find and the check-in process was a snap. It was clean, well-maintained, and close enough to the lake to walk there. The hot tub was a hit for the kids. A sweet bonus would've been a handful of coffee pods, but there are enough coffee shops nearby to offset my early morning headache.

We'll be back!
My teenage kids and I enjoyed thoroughly our 3-night stay in this condo which was very clean and even nicer than the photos. It is located right off the main road through Big Bear but on the back side of the complex so the traffic noise was not noticeable. Just a few miles down the road are Snow Summit Ski Resort, the Alpine Slide & Coaster at Magic Mountain, and The Village. After a day of skiing & snowboarding in 30-40 degree weather, it was wonderful to sit in the spa and relax. Thank you to our host, Mario for excellent communication upon booking and prompt replies to our emails asking for recommendations. My family would definitely stay here again!

The property was falsely advertised as “walk to lake” but there was no lake access in that area as the lake has dried up in the drought. the hot tub was not very hot at all; otherwise the place was great

Hello Kat, Thanks for staying with us. We at no time want guests to feel we are falsely advertising the condo. We are next door to Boulder Bay which is on the lake. Here guests can rent a kayak and walk to the lake. Big Bear lake is not a swimmable lake. Its for boating or kayaking. Also the spa has a timer you can set to warm up. We see you wrote the place was great. Thank you we take great pride in our clean and functional condo.

Quite, Comfortable Mountain Place
The condo was overall nice. The condo was clean but not to my standards, (cobwebs in windows, crumbs around microwave) the appliances and bathrooms were clean. The master bedroom bed was a little too hard for our gues, but the spare bedroom bed was super comfortable. The bed itself squeaks every time you move, but I will take a squeaky bed over an uncomfortable one. The linens were clean and fresh (they are white so you would be able to tell). The couch was super comfortable, they have a few board games, checkers, and cards. We didn't use the TVs, so I can not comment on that. We had ice waiting for us which was amazing, and thank you for that (it was hot, even in the mountains). We did use the BBQ grill and it was clean so that was really nice. Not a bad walk to the lake; we had 11' iSUP, which made it a little difficult to launch, but it was no fault of the condos. I would like to have an extra lock that wasn't electronic for the front door. I like the ease of it, but knowing that someone has the code beside me was a little uneasy (I am a HUGE chicken, though) for a girl's weekend; I just wanted a little more security. Overall the place was nice and I would definitely stay again.

End of Summer Vacation
The property was perfect for the 5 of us who stayed. Being on the 1st floor provided easy access for my parents. I especially liked the patio that overlooked the pool. The area was quiet, nicely landscaped, and felt safe. The condo is very clean and updated. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the condo and all we had to do was buy food as the kitchen is fully stocked. The Alexa in the living room for music was a nice touch. My 7 year old son enjoyed the arcade game, and my parents both actually played as well. We will definitely come back for another trip. It is conveniently located and easy to find as well.

Loved Boulder Bay Park right next door-so picturesque. Sad to see the water level down so far. Condo very clean, supplied exactly as specified. Kitchen appliances all new and cookware/plates/utensils abundant. A bit hard for a short person to access some of the cupboards, but managed. Bathrooms updated-good storage. Nice view of pool area. Overall, nicely appointed and would definitely stay here again when in Big Bear.

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo for our family’s first trip to Big Bear together. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to find what we needed. Ms. Pac-Man was a hit! The kids slept well in the bunk beds and our bed was very comfortable. A fun surprise was discovering Boulder Bay Park right around the corner and exploring with the kids. So nice also that Big Bear Village was just a short drive away. Thanks Mario, we would stay again for sure!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The pool and the park close by were great at keeping my kids entertained. Parking was right in front of the unit and made unloading and reloading so easy. The furniture was all clean and comfortable. Lots of extra blankets and pillows too! We had a great time!

Big Bear condo
The condo was nice and spacious, with great pool access. We did go after a snow storm so we expected snow, but disappointed that the stairs were not salted. It was very icy and made it difficult for us to walk up and down. Asked if someone could salt the stairs but told that no one would be available. The condo also had poor insulation, so lots of cold air was coming through the front door. It just needs weather stripping. Overall the stay was nice, just might want to try summer next time.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes we had a big storm while you were there. Unfortunately we can't control the weather. We do have an HOA that offers snow removal. They remove it after the storm is over. Not during the snow storm. We do have central heat that works wonderful with a nest thermostat. So not sure how a small crevice under the door became an issue. But we will definitely get a weather strip to save energy. Happy you found the condo clean. And you were able to use the spa. With the cold weather we were having. Yes the pool in the summer is amazing. Hope to have you back again soon

Rented the 2 bedroom condo for two nights. Condo was clean, size appropriate for just my wife and I. Ample parking. Sun hit perfectly on the deck for afternoon vitamin D. Pool & Hot Tub we’re open, which surprised us as it was in the 20’s at night. Overall, good stay.
