I was very grateful for the gentleman who was at the front desk. I visited him several times with questions about dining, bus transportation and general big bear area questions. He had all the answers and it really made my stay much easier.

The customer service was excellent. The property is in a convenient area. The charge was adequate. Just a constructive criticism: maybe the owner could spend in new sheets/comforters and mattresses. Overall, we had a good stay.

Location is very convenient to everything, kids approved as the Marina and the park is across the street and just with the Village. Property is outdated but very clean and pet friendly

Book the Robinhood - not familiar with the area but it was literally walking distance from everything- HEADS UP it's so hard to get Ubers/Lyfts anywhere in town , Our truck broke down going up and the hotel staff was so helpful- and accommodating... but we did Uber to snow play and couldn't get back .. but the hotel was centrally located so we were able to walk to restaurants/ shops / bowling & the alpine coaster ( my kids loved that - definitely a must do up there )

This place is a great location and very convenient to walk to restaurants! Here's my dislike.... The walls are THIN! we had the rudest most obnoxious neighbors who would be super loud and annoying at 12am both nights we stayed. Called the front office about it and took about an hour before we got a call back about it. 😵‍💫 Not sure if I'll be back to this hotel just because of this. Didn't get sleep for the two nights we stayed.

A good convenient place for staying in Big Bear for skiing. Close to lots of good restaurants. Close to the Redline Shuttle to get to resorts. Property is old and needs better maintenance - the heating was not working when I checked in, then fixed by the nice gentleman in the front; but stopped to work in the middle of the night. Was really fixed the next day. Was noisy when it started to rain. Otherwise it is a good place to stay for a few night.

One night stay in jacuzzi room with fireplace, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. We had a lot of snowboard gear, we liked easy the access to the room from parking lot. Great location.

The property looks like it was built in the 1950s. The bones are good, location to downtown great, but I don't think it has been renovated since it was built. Bathroom fixtures looked original, squeaked when turned on and off, I could barely fit in the shower.

Right at the village entrance. Rooms are ok but just not what I'm used to. Nice layout and very spacious (premium rooms), but could use some updates.
