Extremely thin floors. I could hear the arguing and crying in the room above then in the morning I could hear several people running around and shouting. Pretty disruptive to sleeping. Wouldn't stay again.

Hotel is great, room is quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. The hotel location is quite convenient, you can get there from the airport by just one bus and you are connected to other public transportation options

This hotel was great! Our room was really nice, and an excellent value, and we liked the location. My only negative comment is we stayed there on a Saturday night. There's a club under the hotel (basement level). We were on the 13th floor and we still had trouble falling asleep because we could hear the bass from the club. This was not a problem at all on Sunday night, so most of the week it's probably fine.

Good enough for a couple nights stay
Hotel staff were not overly helpful when trying to contact them. Extremely noisy on both nights we stayed there both in and outside the hotel. Food selection was ok.

Excellent location- 10 minute walk from the bus station and close to the centre. Excellent restaurants nearby. The room and shower room were clean and comfortable. If you are in a eoom facing away from the street, the lights from a high-rise opposite are very bright and the curtains in the room do not block the light so if you need darkness to sleep, request a room street side. Really good breakfast. Reception staff were very professional and helpful. Really like the ethos of the hotel chain. Would stay again.

We stayed here for four nights in general everything was good the rooms were clean the cleaners friendly and efficient, we didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a walk in shower, we had to climb into the bath, which in your seventies does not feel safe. The hotel was clean, the food good, breakfast was a bit disorganised there didn’t seem to anyone in overall charge so replenishing was not that good. The food at night was a basic choice, but good quality, we walked everywhere in the city from the hotel, probably abut 16,500 steps a day approx

One Time Stay Only
Front staff were a little curt and snobbish. They were helpful but kept their contact or information given to you as short as possible giving you the impression that they were not really eager to help you with your questions. Parking in the facility was a little bit tricky. Have to make sure that you’re buzzing the right hotel garage and not the other hotel. Will probably choose another hotel when staying In Bilbao again.

The hotel is adequate and good enough so long as you don’t expect 5-star amenities in a 3-star hotel. Underground parking was a bit difficult with a narrow, rsteep incline and sharp turn to get in and out.

Breakfast was an excellent buffet, service in hotel was excellent and very polite at all times. Hotel is extremely well positioned for the Old Town and the Guggenheim and only a short drive to the airport.
