We appreciate the review and please know we take cleanliness seriously. We did just put in new sheets throughout the hotel and also our cleaning team take pictures of the bed in the making process so we can ensure the quality of our bedding. Also we were not informed the moment you checked in of the stained linens. It took overnight before you informed us and we were only informed next day. We then immediately had our cleaner changed it and providedy ou new sheets.

We have multiple water heaters in the building, and we have not encountered any problems with hot water thus far.
