"Front desk was professional. However, it looked like the two gentlemen were the only staff in the building. Room needs to be aired. Bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed. Towels smelled stale, and appeared to have been stored on shelf for a long time. Dining staff were not wearing gloves when checking and refilling food. One woman pulled out her phone from back pocket of slacks. They did not addressed me or others until I said good morning."
