Great Stay
Cabin was beautiful and cozy! Location wasn’t really what was stated on the map which I understand but it pushed me a little further west than I originally intended. Not a huge deal though. Beautiful view and the hot tub was great, along with the basement.

A used bandage stuck to the sofa throw blanket. Flatware with stuck on chunks of food in the flatware drawer. No tv, that was promised in the ad in the entertainment room. Only 2 functioning darts for the dart board. Super disappointed with VACASA. Manager was not apologetic, only made excuses and offered an insulting $25 discount.

Remote Cabin
The property is well maintained and clean, everything that we were expecting. It’s extremely remote, which we were not expecting, but it worked out well after realizing how far away from any kind of store. I would stay again knowing that we would have to be more prepared with supplies. One thing that happened while we were there was a very strong thunderstorm and the lights flickered several times. We were worried about losing power, as there were no real emergency supplies such as candles or flashlights available in the cabin. Fortunately we did not lose power, but having emergency supplies would have provided some piece of mind. There is very little cell phone coverage in the area, as well, so when planning a visit, be prepared to do so with no GPS! Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay and got a chance to explore the area and got a lot of hiking done!

Great family-friendly, quiet getaway!
We loved the cabin- the amenities were well-stocked and ready for our family. The WiFi/cell signal is ROUGH, which, is kinda wonderful in some ways, but my husband was trying to get a little work done remotely and it was impossible. I’m not a fan of the Vacasa vs interacting with the actual owner situation- you are bombarded with emails and if it’s a last minute booking (like ours) it can be overwhelming with emails from both VRBO and Vacasa coming in- because of this, I missed an “identity verification” email (which, worthwhile procedure, undoubtedly) and since I got texts saying “you’re all set! Details on checkin to follow!” I assumed we were good and drove to the cabin, ready to checkin at our set time. However, we had to return to town (30 min) to get a cell signal for a phone call to complete this process. Not the end of the world, but frustrating with 3 small children in tow. The hot tub was working GREAT, the firepit and provided firewood was wonderful, and the cabin itself was so clean and lovely. My oldest child has a pet allergy though, and the pet friendly piece of this cabin probably will keep us from returning (the couches had dander that set him off a few times). Wonderful for a family with dogs, though! There was even a spare crate and dog bowls available! Such a nice touch.

Beautiful Home, has an amazing view but NO CELL service and very very minimal Wi-Fi I struggled to even google locations to look up places to go. The hot tub was nice and it was very peaceful. Really needs at least a landline in case of emergency

Perfect Leave Watching Location
We had a great stay. We hoped to see the leaves in their full color; this location did not disappoint. The cabin was as advertised and very beautiful. The drive-up was as rewarding as the location. The cabin did have a few small shortcomings that, individually or collectively, would not keep us from staying there again. Primarily was the electric front door look. It did not work properly and made getting inside very trying. Secondly, the games and fun stuff had a lot of missing parts that made the games unusable. And finally, the towels were way below standard. They were so thin you could almost see through them In all, a little attention to detail, and this place scores a 100 out of 100.

Beautiful cabin, great location
The cabin itself was beautiful and the location was perfect. Some of the amenities are definitely due for an upgrade. Especially the bedding! We were unable to use the hot tub as it never heated up in enough to use. The water was orange due to a filter issue with the well water? We were notified the day of check in. We were provided with clean drinking water and refunded our amenity fee which was great but my kids were totally bummed about the hot tub. The playground equipment looked like it was going to slide down the hill and was definitely in need of repair. It was a beautiful cabin in a great location just needs a few amenity upgrades.

Awesome cabin with great view!
Cabin was perfect. I loved how remote it was with no direct neighbors. It was far from town but you just have to plan for that. Hot tub was fantastic! Highly recommend this cabin.

Our family loved our getaway at this lovely, clean, fun cabin. Pros: location (we love this beautiful area); very dog-friendly; our almost 4-y-o loved the climbing/slide fort; excellent customer service; easy check-in/out; clean; lots of fun games and amenities (good hot tub and fire pit). Be prepared: the 6-legged pests are real (bugs); bring your own aluminum foil, spatula, baggies, food storage; no cell service, decent but not super-fast wifi (these might be pros). We would definitely stay here again and could bring more people along next time - the three bedrooms with their own full baths on separate floors could accommodate a larger group easily. Excellent overall experience!

Quick Get Away
The cabin was very clean. The only problem we had was with dog hair on the couch and rug. Our clothes were covered when we stood up. There needs to be a few more T.V's. There are only 2 TV's for the entire 3 floor cabin. It was very hard to heat the basement up which is where the kids wanted to hang out. We found 1 space heater to help. It was a pretty view and the hot tub was a wonderful escape.

Bugs inside house everywhere, all kinds of bugs Hose had not been vacuumed, dishes on shelves, cabinets dirty No response to "please adjust my bill. I did not have pets with me', however, I was charged for a pet fee. I've stayed on your properties for years and have never been this disappointed.
