Hotel is close to tourism and shopping spots by he beach. Pool needs some treatment as does the kids play field. Hours of gym use are poor. For what one is paying, you would expect staff to be a bit more attentive and crew who could stay awake during work hours.

El hotel , para precio calidad muy bien . Limpieza excelente . Todo iba muy bien hasta que nos robaron de nuestra habitación , se perdieron de nuestro equipaje 200 dólares , solo dejaron un menudo de 5 dólares , y al reclamar con el supervisor caso omiso , ni si quiera por cortesía nos pidieron excusas ni preguntaron nada. La verdad nos llevábamos mala experiencia por eso , muy poca atención en ese aspecto , deberían ser más cuidadosos con su personal

I found one of the front staff very rude. I asked to change rooms as the one I was assigned had no windows and had a very strong smell of humidity. She told me I could not change rooms because I had already entered the room which sounded absolutely ridiculous. I asked to be upgraded and I would pay in order to change rooms and was told the hotel was full. I requested to speak with the manager in charge and shortly after was offered a room on ground level ( no one called the manager ). Next morning when checking out, upon inspection of the room I was told a towel was stained ( I only used one as I stayed by myself ) and they charged me $ 20 dollars equivalent to “replace” the towel. I sound that insulting however I had to leave for the airport so I ended up paying. I’m never coming back to this hotel.

I’m experience front desk staff for checking in and out.1st time on check out I got questioned how many towels we gave you and sent employee to check entire room and still not released deposit for 3 days ….lol

The hotel contacted me the night before my trip to inform me that the reservation was not guaranteed because I made the payment through a debit card. At check in, the staff said it was a policy for Mexican hotels through Expedia, but I explained that this was the first time I had had this problem with any of my reservations. Fortunately it was a short stay, the location is excellent but the cost-benefit ratio of the hotel is not ideal.

Staff was great! Rooms (ejecutiva/executive) has no cups, no mini fridge, so even with air conditioning drinks get hot and I had to go get ice. I was not allow to take a reusable cup of coffee to my room but staff were kind to give me a disposable one, although I would rather have a reusable cup.

The beach is within walking distance, just behind the hotel, Boca del Rio has a recreation area in front of the beach, like Malecon, people jog, run, bike, roller skate, I felt safe and warm, a lot of families enjoying the afternoon. The hotel is at a mall and casino, it has restaurants at the same building and a shopping mall. The only inconvenience is the elevators as there is construction going on, only one works.

Hotel Plaza Sol is okay, but there was significant building work going on while we were there in the shopping plaza below. Most of the shops and restaurants were closed and it was very noisy during the day. On the Friday night it sounded like there was a very loud nightclub nearby, which went on until about 5 am. The Plaza Andamar next door to Plaza Sol has lots of great shops and restaurants.

The pool view is amazing. The staff were also very friendly and ready to help; great service! The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. We didn't walk very far out, but didn't notice many restaurant options. We got room service from La Parroquia, and it was great. I was really disappointed that there was no shuttle to/from the airport, as advertised. I would stay here again!

Well the Room What’s Very Small no Windows I was There ten days stay they only put one toilet paper in the room very limited they change the Blanket every Three Days the Room was very cleaned every day Breakfast was very good good food gym was not clean every day I got to ask to be clean for me because I used every other day

The view is very nice when you ask for rooms that has beach view, the service was some how a little good, but the terrifying things was that my family and me were stock in the elevator, we were 10 when it says 13 capacity, 1000kg, there were the most worst 30 minutes in my family live, my son had a panic attack. El trato del personal deja mucho que desear. La alberca estaba sucia de las paredes. Además algo que no me pareció fue el tener que dejar a fuerza $1000 pesos “de garantía”. Al terminar antes de que te vayas le llaman al camarista para que cheque tu habitación y se aseguran que todo esté bien, es el único hotel que he visitado que hace eso, muy mala atención hacia el huésped.

Me gusta que esté pegada a la plaza, que tenga oxxo y restaurantes afuera del hotel es cómodo. Lo que no me gustó fue el trato de recepción, las chicas muy maleducadas, también no me gustó que me abrieran la puerta en la mañana para el servicio de limpieza.

Me cobraron una toalla la cual estaba "manchada" obvio me la dieron y al llegar a mi casa yo la lave y se le quito la mancha, NO tienen buena lavanderia. OJO CON LO QUE DEJAN "SUCIO" se los cobran y al doble.

Definitivamente es de mal gusto pedir deposito de garantia. El hotel es limpio pero demasiado básico por el precio, las toallas de medio baño muy usadas, prácticamente sin amenidades, como plancha, tuvimos que pedir una, No hay cafetera, no hay crema, creo que solo para pasar la noche y no lo recomiendo para estancias mas prolongadas.

La atención en la recepción terrible... Todas las señoras se recepción no son amables, piden ls cosas muy goleado. Sienten uno va hacerles el favor, no dicen gracias, porfavor, buen día, no hacen conexión con el cliente. El hotel "LA CENTRAL" tienen una calidad de servicio de primera. Las chicas/señoras de la recepción necesitan cursos de atención a clientes

La atención excelente. A la alberca le hace falta mantenimiento, nos llamó la atención la vista sin embargo los cristales están muy sucios, entonces no se ve nada. Las toallas terribles, llena de hoyos y maltratadas. Deberían poner atención a eso.
