For travel by car, look to border and coastal towns for adventure. You can cross the United States border at various points to access bustling cities like Mexicali and Tijuana. Look for upscale Mexico hotel packages in these regions as you make a quick, but luxurious, getaway on a short-term vacation. You can travel down the Baja Peninsula for a slower pace and beautiful views. From Ensenada to Cabo San Lucas, you'll encounter great Mexico hotel deals and rooms that give you quick access to beautiful beaches and vibrant local markets. Some of the best cheap Mexico hotel deal options are available in the smaller ejidos along the way.

Consider a drive into mainland to experience many of the more notable beaches at your leisure. Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, and Acapulco beckon with promises of tropical drinks, rich Mexican food, and lots of sunshine. Look for resort hotels in Mexico seaside communities to indulge yourself in some well-deserved rest and relaxation.

For an exotic trip, look for rates and reservations with Mexico hotels in places like Palenque, a gateway to exploring Mayan ruins. You'll find that tours of the famed pyramids enable you to step back into another time and culture. Your reservations can be made early so that you receive special discount rates, and you can plan for off-season travel to enjoy even better prices.

Those who want to see more of the cultural centers of the nation can look for cheap hotel deals in Mexico City, the nation's capital. Look for top tours that include the Fine Arts Palace, the National Art Museum, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Be sure to see the National Palace, home to the nation's president.

Mexico is home to an amazing number of indigenous peoples with more than 400 languages spoken. Many of the people create beautiful handcrafted goods. "Nice Hotel, the room is a little tight and dated."
Overall it was ok, the room was not the highlight of the trip, as long as you plan on spending time away from the room and there are only 2 of you ok. I would not book another stay at this hotel

    "Amazing All Inclusive"
Spent 5 days here in July 2015 and had an amazing time. The restaurant variety is excellent, food was delicious, bars, bartenders and wait staff were excellent and the food was amazing. The grounds were immaculate, the rooms cleaned and up kept wonderfully. Their were ample pools and chairs, the activities and shows were the best I've seen at any all inclusive in Mexico. The spa and the hydrotherapy were one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. It's a little pricy, but the staff and the other guests at the resort made our vacation amazing. A few small downsides were the mattress wasn't terribly comfortable and we didn't find out they had a pillow menu you could order from until the last day. Would recommend looking at that first thing. The other downside which was out of the resorts control was the abundance of seaweed on the beach and in thewater right off the beach due to recent tropical storms. The resort had crews on the beach 12-14 hours a day clearing it and trying their best to remediate the problem, which we appreciated, but was a bit distracting. However guests we'd met who'd been there 4 or 5 years in a row all told us the seaweed had never been like that on previous visits, so I assume in time that will subside. However their are 9 pools and swim up bars that can keep you occupied. Overall by far the best all inclusive we've ever been too and I would love to go back. The staff was just amazing and bars and selection of drinks and food was great!!

Overall hotel is nice and grounds are very well kept. The food was average, restaurants are of course better food than the buffets but can be difficult to get reservations for. Make sure you do this as soon as you get there.

"Not as Good as The Previous Visits"
We have stayed here 4 times in the past, the first was our wedding, 7 years ago. The Staff is great, hands down. The facilities are starting to show their wear. The rooms smell very moldy, We changed rooms hoping for a better smelling room (not so much). We given a room with a spectacular view, but the ac was anemic, at best. The AC was broken for a day or so, throughout the entire hotel. (very warm and moist). The food was good, but the private Tapas restaurant and Japanese restaurants were mediocre. The buffet had great variety, but every time we had steak or Duck, it was very tough. I guess tender beef, is a tough go... We found a couple of cockroaches in the room and microscopic ants. The mattresses were very hard. The smell of sewage was apparent, outside the rooms throughout our 9 day stay. The pool while spectacular, was missing several mosaic tiles and numerous poorly replaced tiles. Several pool chairs and umbrellas were in poor condition. The hotel still looks very nice and staff is the absolute best. My complaints may seem petty, but It ( the entire experience) was not nearly as nice as the previous visits. Be sure to tip the maids, the are stellar, kind and very hard working. Giving 70 or 80 bucks at the end of a trip, is worth the smile and gratitude, you'll receive in return.
