Let me start by saying BAD ADVERTISING. First, one of the reasons I chose this property for my family for 11 days and traveling with my 4-month-old baby was for the “laundry facility” they promote, which they do not have, if you have kids you know how important it is. Second, wifi TERRIBLE if you plan to telework or even just use your phone to navigate you are going to have a headache. Third, kitchen wow the kitchen just imagine someone telling you that you do not know how to turn on a kitchen what a disrespect. Yes let me make it more clear the KITCHEN DOES NOT WORK, even if they tell you it will heat up in about an hour. What an insane experience I had to live with my family for 11 days. Fourth, the noise is wild, you will hear everything and anything mostly weekends there is a Chiba (Party Bus) that starts and endless in front of the property, just imagine the noise you will hear at 1 AM. OH and lastly, Expedia did not do a single thing to fix anything, never again using them as a travel agency, I expect it a lot more from them but if they are just ok with everything the property supposedly says then you can’t trust them. The only thing I can say positive is the LOCATION, close to a mall and a lot of nice restaurant's and coffee shops around the corner.
