Ok for a few days.
The room was nice. It could use an upgrade. The floor leading to the bathroom was warped . Probably from water coming from the shower. The kitchen could use pots and pans. It had none. Just one cup for coffee or tea. No dish soap or sponge to clean the two dishes in the kitchen. The breakfast was so so. The room was warn which was real nice.

The taxi service for the guests was great, very reasonable. And the frontdesk gentleman was one of a kind. We loved his personality and his overall professionalism, he was wonderful.

My customer service experience was really bad with the hotel; after approving an early checkout I have to call Expedia multiple times to get a refund since the hotel didn’t want to properly check me out and then the maintain the reservation open to charge me for the full amount. Finally, after several calls for several days Expedia was able to get the refund. So, I won’t book on this hotel and I won’t advise to book it either.

I had my reservation from 18 to 21 December, while booking they offered different options for parking and when I arrived they denied and offered pay and park service more far from the hotel. Hotel receptionist Ms. Liiango Castillo advised me to cancel without fees and later charged one night for the cancellation—a very poor response from the staff and the hotel manager. Never recommend it to anyone. The worst experience in Bogota in my 5 years of stay.

A good choice, but a few problems.
This small hotel is a good choice close to Bogotá's Corferias and Agorá convention centers, which are both just a couple blocks away, and it is also walking distance to the US embassy. The rooms are extended-stay style, like small efficiency or 1 bedroom apartments. Our room on the 6th floor had a huge penthouse-style rooftop patio, a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, coffemaker, full size fridge, and microwave. I have stayed here before, and normally it's flawless. This time there were a few issues. First, the toilet seat won't stay up. it falls down no matter what you do. There was a lot of hair still on the shower stall door from the previous guest. The bedroom floor near the patio doors showed some water damage that had not been repaired, with a warped baseboard. Lastly they key system went out on Saturday and the front desk had to let us into our room. Hopefully the hotel can attend to everything soon. I have had good experiences here in the past. Maybe they are recovering from the pandemic shutdowns, and the nearby convention events are just recovering, and the US Embassy is finally doing visa appointments again. that should be good for their business. The staff is very friendly, the area is safe and convenient, and a decent breakfast buffet is included. I like this place and will give them one more chance in the future. I hope they correct the problems.

EVITE este hotel-El website del hotel NO muestra la verdadera habitación El estado de la pieza real NO es como la mostrada en el website del hotel. Reservé este hotel por una semana (habitación de cama doble con balcón), al llegar al lugar nos asignaron una habitación HORRIBLE! Nada que ver con lo que mostraban en su website. Era Oscura, con un tapete acabado, “vista” de techos y paredes sucias de un edificio vecino (ver fotos adjuntas). ¡Este hotel ha sido la peor estafa de mi vida! EVITE a toda costa este lugar. Al dejarle saber al conserje que esta pieza NO representaba lo que ellos me habían mostrado al reservar, me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno y este era lo único que tenían. Busque otro lugar para su estadía en Bogotá, este lugar es una miseria! Avoid this hotel- The hotel website misrepresents the rooms I booked a double-bed room with balcony which I expected to be similar to the double- bed room found on the hotel’s website, but I was very wrong. The room was dark with an old unkept carpet, “balcony view” of dirty roofs and walls of a neighboring building (see attached photos). This hotel has been the worst scam of my life! Avoid this place at all costs. I immediately let them know that the room did not represent what they had shown me when I reserved, they told me that the hotel was full, and this was the only thing they had. Take Your Business Somewhere Else!

My dad said he loved the property! The only detail was that his shower had a door that didn’t totally slide shut, so air would come in the shower while he was in it and would get cold fast. However, everything else was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this stay, one of the best ones close to the US Embassy for sure.

I really liked the radiant heating in the bathroom floor. I worked with no problem using the WIFI. My 70 year old mother really liked the large shower, water pressure and hot water. However, she would have appreciated a grab bar. The tiles on the shower floor are slippery when wet.

Apartments were nice and comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. I stayed in an Executive Suite and found it on the smaller side, and it was on the 7th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 6th. Other than that it was great.
