I gave average to staff since restaurant stafff on 4th floor was often rude, not all of them but very noticeable specially with other latin guests. Reception and rooms staff were amazing, always checking on you when you go in/out property.

Do not recommend staying here. No AC and room was hot/stuffy. The mini fridge did not work and when we called we were told it was supposed to be at room temperature. What is the point of a mini fridge then? Problems with water pressure (sink water coming out milky/cloudy, toilet not flushing). We checked out 1 day early and were not provided a refund for that 1 day because the front desk stated we did not provide 48 hours notice, which was not true. We notified them on Friday that we planned to check out on the following Tuesday. Will not be coming back.

Great hotel. Modern, nice clean room, super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The hotel is a quick Uber away from all the best spots. There is not much in close walking distance and is a bit deserted at night. We stayed 6 nights and loved it 😊

This property is in an amazing location, close to a lot of dining and shopping options just minutes away. In addition, right next to public transport. The staff are really helpful and can converse in some English is a benefit, considering we are visitors to their country, it is appreciated if you need help or have a question. The rooms are very spacious and clean and have everything you may need. The breakfast that is offered has a wide assortment of food and drink choices, you cant go wrong! The blackout curtains are also a big plus. The only thing to be aware of is it isn't the quietest if your room faces the street as you can hear the traffic noise through the windows. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Overall, highly recommended, would stay again.

Safety Safety Safety. Traveling by myself, I at no point felt unsafe. The hotel has a strict guest protocol that prevents folks from entering without proper documentation. Key card access for the elevators and rooms. Room had a gorgeous view of the city and the surrounding mountain range. Hotel sits in a residential neighborhood. I like that the area didn't scream tourist area. I would rebook for a return trip for sure!

When I arrived I booked two rooms. One room for me the other for my friend. The one room my friend received had the bathroom shower head fall off when he went to shower. Also his shower had no shower door so water got onto the bathroom floor. As for my room I booked a queen size bed but I got a full size double beds. I am 6’1” and my legs hung off of the bed. I went to the get everything sorted out with the guy who set it up and his excuse was that there were no more rooms available; but, if I come at 10am in the morning there will certainly be a room available for me. So I went the next morning and the morning shift workers said the same thing, “sorry there are no rooms available” even though people were leaving. I was told to come later that night because there will be another room available. So I waited and then when the evening came I asked the guy at the desk and he said, “I’m sorry but there aren’t any rooms available”. He checked and said if I came tomorrow morning at 10am there shouldn’t be a problem getting me a room. I waited till the morning and came downstairs at 10:06am but once again I was told there Aren’t any rooms available and was told to come the following morning. At this point I’m am so annoyed and just couldn’t believe I paid my money for this establishment and couldn’t get my room I paid for. But to put the icing on the cake. I didn’t have any hot water. My shower was only warm. The worse experience I have had yet.

I rented this room for 6 nights, with my mother, unfortunately I couldn't travel. They charged my mother money for taxes, they didn't have towels, the last day without water, the hotel was dirty and unkempt, when I called from the USA to complain, they made fun of me. first time I've had a hotel like this TERRIBLE

Don't stay here. Hotel has an intermittent problem with running water. Several times we could not use the shower. Hotel did not inform us of the problem at check-in and refused to provide compensation. Also the room has poor ventilation and no A/C. Even with very cool outside temps it's too hot inside the rooms to sleep comfortably. Rooms in the back face a popular playground and the noise of children playing games echos into the room for hours amd hours from morning to night. Front rooms face a major highway. It's noisy here.

I was in NH Monday and Tuesday in CALI, hotel super good very complete, very. Air conn, coffe machine, iron table, all...NH Bogota nothing. I arribe 9 pm need to Iron my shirt for the next morning meeting and I couldn´t I should change hotel but capacity was full because the Andinapack exhibitin, I will not come back.
