Newly renovated Lamoka Cove is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom lake front cottage with fantastic views of Lamoka Lake.

Lamoka Cove is situated on the scenic east side of Lamoka Lake nestled between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes Region. This is a cozy year round 3 bedroom , 2 full bath getaway w/deck as well as yard space, outdoor furniture, fire pit, dock, 4 kayaks w/paddles, and one canoe with paddles.

Large, level lake front lot perfect for sunbathing, yard games and cookouts. Property is situated on a quiet lane which is perfect for walking, biking and running.

Lamoka Cove is the perfect summer retreat! This cottage is also great for vacationing during all four seasons. Gas heat will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite micro brew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. Our cottage also offers great ice fishing just off our shoreline during the winter months.

INTERIOR LIVING SPACE includes fully equipped KITCHEN w/ dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, cooking & serving implements, pots & pans, toaster, blender, electric griddle, hand mixer, coffeemaker, microwave, electric oven/ range, refrigerator.

LIVING area has cable TV, internet, a couch and love seat, chair, regional tourism information.

Bedrooms: Tenant provides their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels). Hand towels are provided in each bathroom.

EXTERIOR parking leading to a grassy yard. Comes with large deck/eating area and picnic table, gas grill, outdoor furniture, fire pit, DOCK for your boat or use of kayaks, and canoe. SORRY No Boat lift. Great fishing off the dock! Close proximity to the FINGER LAKES WINE TRAILS, Watkins Glen, Watkins Glen Raceway, Amish Windmill Shops, gorge hiking, golfing and plenty of tourist attractions.

A Beautiful Lakeside Retreat
Our stay at Lamoka Cove on Lamoka Lake was so relaxing. We had stunning views of the sunset and enjoyed the tranquility and expanse of the lake. This property was near to all the wineries in Keuka and Seneca. There were several eating establishments nearby. Our hosts were amazing and the house was simply furnished, clean and comfortable.

Hosts go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and very responsive to any needs. This home is comfortable giving you the home away from home feeling and big enough for our family of 6. We were able to dock our boat there and enjoy fishing on the lake daily.

We love the Finger Lakes. Have lived near & return to visit Seneca Lake frequently. This year we decided to branch out & try a new area. We are SO glad we did. The guys fished every day, rain or shine from the dock. The proximity to our usual stomping grounds was good plus we found quite a few new ones. The house was a perfect layout for 3 adult couples (in our 60's) & our 85yr old mother. We never felt cramped. Communication with the hosts was always prompt. All 7 of us agree, we will def return.

Ed and Robin are wonderful hosts. They were very helpful and immediately addressed any concerns we had. There place here is very clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient (within 20 minutes) to both Seneca and Keuka attractions. I highly recommend sitting lakeside, next to the fire pit, watching the fish jump, as the sun sets over the lake.

Immaculatly clean and cozy. Great basecamp for exploring the area. Peaceful landscape with so much history to offer, and things to do- especially for the outdoor enthusiasts. Ed and Robin are such wonderful host. They made sure we had everything we needed, even stopping by to drop off scissors! They gave us wonderful information of places to eat and places to visit. Their rental home was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything guest could possibly need. The lake view is so pretty and relaxing. They reached out to us while we were there to double check if we needed anything at all to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at their rental home.

Beautiful lakefront property!
We had a great stay at Lamoka Cove! The house is beautifully done and convenient for vacation living. The owners were super helpful, kind, and welcoming. The area is beautiful. We would definitely recommend Watkins Glen State Park. Get there early and you won’t regret it. It was amazing! We loved having the kayaks and fire pit available at the house. We used both every day. While we loved the lake for the beautiful view and the kayaking, it was not really swimmable for the kiddos because of all the vegetation in the water and they were a little disappointed by that. It might be ok for younger kids who will stay close to the dock but not so much for older ones. So if you’re looking for a great house in the Finger Lakes area, great views, and some great kayaking, this is a great house! If you’re looking for lake swimming, this might not be the best place for you. Thank for a great stay and for making us feel so welcome in your home!

Perfect lakeside getaway
We had an amazing time at this Lake Lamoka house! The pictures do not do it justice...the location and view are beautiful, and the house was perfect for us. Very clean, well-appointed and exactly what we needed. Recently renovated and it's clear the owners have put a lot of thought into the property. My wife and I, our two little boys, and my wife's parents were with us. The master bedroom and bath are on one side of the house, and the two other bedrooms (including bunk bed room), and bath are on the other side. It worked out well with my wife's parents in the master bed, and us on the other side of the house with the kids on the bunk bed. The house has an open concept with the living room open to kitchen and dining table. The deck is great, with a nice awning covering about half of the deck which is good for shade. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals. The grill was big and very new! We ate just about all of our meals out on the deck table. The view over the lake is great and we loved watching the sunsets. The backyard has grass and ends with a small dock and lake access, with a nice firepit and chairs next to the dock. There was plenty of firewood, including kindling, paper and a lighter out next to the pit, which was a nice touch. There is no beach but there is water access next to the dock where you can launch the kayaks, which were great. Ed and Robin were very responsive and helpful the entire process. They responded immediately with everything we needed, including a new propane tank for the grill, extra firewood, and recommendations for local food and wineries (Bully Hill was great by the way, even for the kids). They were helpful and friendly hosts, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great for our family. Nearest town is about 15 min away (Watkins Glen or Hammondsport) which have grocery stores and plenty of restaurants, and wineries. There were a few local restaurants closer to the house with good take-out as well. We visited Weis and Bully Hill Wineries, which were both great recommendations from Ed and Robin. There were plenty more that we wanted to visit as well but were too busy enjoying the lake! A few things to know: the house does not have a washer and dryer, and you need to bring your own bedsheets, so plan accordingly. We had a great vacation and the house exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful view of the lake from deck or kitchen. Enjoyed sit-upon kayaks, that are included with the rental. Easy to use, and allowed us to get out on the lake. Wetlands nearby. Plenty of birds to see… swallows, diving ducks and great blues.
