"A Retreat for Three Ladies. The house was spotless, it was beautiful, it was exactly what we needed! Comfortable Beds, HOT HOT (welcoming) Water, and a serene back yard.... we didn't' want to leave."

"Very good location. Close to beach, bike trail, and a great breakfast place called the Kitchen. The house was equipped and comfortable. I would imagine in the summertime if would be an ideal spot with the rail trail right there and close proximity to fun summer things. Really nice owners and great communication as needed."

"The house was amazingly clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you could possibly need. Very close to the Brewster beaches and 6A if you were traveling to other towns. The only thought I had though was that the checkout time is kind of early. 10 instead of 9 am would be a little nicer."

"This house was perfect for our family! I loved the location, we used to stay in Brewster years ago, so this was in the right area. The house has all of the amenities you would need. We cooked at home a few nights and the dishes, pots, pans, grill were all perfect for our needs. The backyard was spacious - great for playing outside or just lounging around. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but easy enough to drop off with chairs and have someone walk back if there isn't parking...

"Enjoyed spending time with friends, reconnecting and celebrating a “bachelorette” at such a cozy and quaint spot. The home was beautifully decorated with a historical and nautical theme, while maintaining modern updates and easy functionality. Everything was well stocked including a coffee and wine sampling. The space allowed us to reminisce and chat while also spreading out to rest and relax. We especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace room!"

"All in all the place was as described. It was in a nice neighborhood. My family enjoyed their stay and we had plenty of room to celebrate. We wished we could have got in a little sooner and got out a little later, but we got ourselves up and out on time. Bathrooms could use some updating."

"We spent a few days in January here as a quick winter getaway. The property was very clean and nicely remodeled. Although the home is on a main road, the back and side yard are fenced in which was perfect for our dogs. We would absolutely recommend staying at this property, and we hope to visit next time in the summer!"

"Great central location in cape cod, able to get to Provincetown or Hyannis port within an hour either direction. Close to the beaches on the bay and Atlantic side within 15 minute drive. Would recommend this for family or friends."

"This is a very nice rental and comes as advertised. The sunroom and deck are great. We really enjoyed the propane firepit on the deck. Some minor recommendations would be to provide some large bowls for making a salad and a pasta strainer."

"We had a great stay. Central location, very quiet street. The property is just as listed with one added highlight - the back deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. It was impossible to know which info was correct."
