Awesome stay. Location is quiet, good big dining area and very comfortable parking area. I like the upstairs parking, loading and unloading area. The room is clean with big mirror, which is very rare to find.

Good location for us travelling to Sandstone Point. Check out is strictly 10.00am. They knocked on the door at 10.02 and didn’t cease contacting until we left.

Awful, don’t bother.
Checked in ‘after hours’ I.e 9pm. All check done via a speakerphone in car park, including reading out very loudly, my credit card number, address, security code etc. shocking. Car park full of people wandering around wondering how to get back to their room or to the foyer, but like us, missing the fine print that a room key only works ONCE! On every door, so god help you if you need to leave your room to go to a shop, you’re then locked out. One entry only, Inc in foyer/lift etc. A truly awful experience.

unable to open windows sufficiently to get fresh air so was forced to use air conditioner which ran cold in all temperature settings No netflix at that daily room rate would expect it to be included

The rooms are only serviced every 3 days which was not mentioned anywhere and we didn't find out until we found the room unserviced after being away all day. The shower has a rainfall showerhead and the the shower floor slopes away from the drain. If you turn the water on more than a dribble the water runs out of the shower, away from the secondary drain in the floor towards the bathroom door and the carpet beyond. Nice bathroom concept but poorly executed.

The view front water is amazing. But the room seems not be occupied for a long time. The smell is not pleasant and there’s dust on the surface of water boiling pot and hair dryer.

The boardwalk and it’s cafe was fabulous! Just a little disappointing that I was able to gave a quick nightcap after arriving home at 745 on a Saturday night. Not a biggie but was disappointed. Very quiet and nice.

Great location on the lake. Easy access to freeway and public transport. Shops close by. No toaster in room as advertised as it's no longer provided.Slight sewage smell from the shower when in use. Easy parking on site and plenty of it. Clean and overall a nice stay.

Was disappointed that the room did not get serviced for our 2 night stay and we had to ask for a top up of items. The twin beds seemed narrow and easily rolled on the carpet and I had to push back into place a few times.
