The room was never serviced in three nights, one towel and bed not made, room not cleaned each day! Never saw any staff. Really; it's 2023, not 1923!!

short but pleasant stay
We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the surrounds and pool area were good. The only negative was that guests are requested to ensure that plates and cutlery are clean upon departure but there is only a small sink right next to the toilet.

The property was a great place for us to stay. Facilities were great along with the rooms being a spacious size. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. The pool area was enjoyable and the Motor Inn was very close to shopping and dining venues.

Very nice and comfortable older style hotel. Clean and well appointed with a microwave and fridge Plenty of room and parking at the door. Recently refurbished (?). Very clean.

Lovely people and nice, simple, affordable room if you are wanting to stay in town for a few nights. I owe the manager big time as he found my phone that I had lost on the road and handed it back to me. Complete lifesaver!

The staff were pretty rude and also told off a child for jumping into the pool even though it was safe to do so and their parent was there. We then saw the owners had their dog in the pool later! There was dust on my bedside table which hadn't been cleaned in a while. On the plus side, the beds were really comfy and had a great sleep. The shower head was also big and had great pressure.

The property needs a good clean and is very outdated also a receptionist to greet you, we had to wait and had a dog that kept jumping on us.

Walking distance 800m to Cleveland station
This motel was very close ( a walking trail to) The station / Raby bay marina where triathlon was held. 1st class motel , very friendly.
