Served a continental breakfast, which we weren't expecting. Spacious modern apartments. Close to westfields and Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

Great stay, reception staff were brilliant to deal with. Apartment was clean and tidy. Kitchen was stocked with items to use for cooking and eating unlike some other apartments we have stayed in. Loved the grab and go breakfast especially the Nespresso coffee machine. Apartment is just a short walk to the Chermside Shopping mall.

Staff were very friendly and parking was reasonable. Room was clean, however we couldnt find a bin to place rubbish. One thing to keep in mind is that the walls are extremely thin- I sneezed and had someone from another room say bless you! Also, because its behind the Westfield, it was very noisy with trucks doing deliveries etc at about 4am. It was incredibly loud and kept us awake for a while.

Booked a 2 bed apartment and they gave us a Interconnecting 1 bed Studio & 1 bed apartment. This was great as we traveled with our grown up daughter. Reception was great. Secure parking. Grab & Go bfast was included so that was a nice surprise too. Backs onto Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre but that isn’t a problem at all. Would definitely stay again.

I was contacted re check in time. Stated 2 days prior would be checking in at 2pm. Room was not ready till 2.30. Otherwise lovely room. Clean and comfortable.

Property and staff great. But the outside noise from shopping centre was loud and hard to sleep. Room clean, breakfast great. Staff friendly. Good range of vending machine item to purchase. Great showers
