The unit we got was older style and needed. But if work. Plenty of room for the kids but the room definitely needs some work

This feedback would be more meaningful if we knew who the guest was. Comments regarding the apartments can be passed on to the owners for their attention but unfortunately, we are unable to on this occasion.

A large well set out property with great views. Reception are lovely and go out of their way to be ultra helpful. We got caught out by daylight savings and had to rush out to catch a flight, leaving behind a laptop and goodness know what else, and they were ultra helpful! Ideal for a family holiday with water and amenities close by.

Relax on Bribie
Great location opposite the beach on the channel side of the Island. Has a small outside pool and there is parking under cover. Pub is just around the corner, meals are good and a 200 metre walk to shopping or the opposite way to waterside cafes.

Awesomely located Beds are harder than one is used to in a hotel. My sister opted for the lounge instead. The carpets were sticky and our feet were black within 2 minutes of walking around without shoes. So we swept etc ourselves and kept our shoes on

All you need is there
The units are setup so well, all you need is there and it is just a great place to relax we wood love to live there

Well appointed apartment.
Well appointed apartment with quality fixtures, and facilities. Spacious with plenty of sleeping arrangements available. The apartment was not checked for serviceability of serval items, ie the bedside lights were either damaged or failed to work, and there were no instructions on how to operate the clothes drier, the TV remote control was damaged. The room should have been aired before our arrival, it was hot and stuffy.

If guests turn up early (before the check in time of 2.00 pm), we do normally try to accommodate them if the room is ready or failing that, take a mobile phone number and contact the guest to advise when the room is ready. Thank you for your feedback regarding the bedside lamp and t.v. remote. Management are only too pleased to replace batteries and bulbs etc.if these fail during a guest's stay as the small things can make all the difference.

1980s hotel with rather indifferent staff
I booked a room overlooking the ocean, they rang and said they had none and that I could have a room overlooking the swimming pool (a postage stamped size pool surrounded by rusting rooftops). I tried to cancel, they wanted to charge me $200 to do so. When I arrived with two infants on board, there was no-one to help me carry all the gear upstairs (no elevator). I was told my husband is too sick to help. They found a tattooed local boy to carry a few things up. When I finally carried everything up i got a knock at the door. Not a word of "have you settled in? Is everything OK?" - no I was told to 'can you please move your car NOW' as I had blocked the managers in. For the price (the same as the mantra in Moollolaba), ummmmm, no thanks

Thank you for taking the time to place feedback but we have a few anomalies here. The complex was in fact built in 1998 not the 1980's. The alternative apartment offered was accepted and a price reduction was made accordingly. The cancellation fee was not in fact $200. We are disappointed you did not like our pool but we are unsure where the rusting rooftops are located! We are not able to offer a portage service and we believe it was very kind of the young boy to help you with your belongings. We hope he was thanked for this. Our request for you to move your car was polite and after some time as it was blocking in other guests.

Lovely quiet place to stay at. Our room could have had a better mattress and pillows but couldn't fault it for anything else. The room was spacious and clean. We would and will stay here again.

nice hotel and roomy.
we had travelled from 3am and arrived at the motel about 9:30am and asked when we were able to get in to the room. The lady advised us that the room was available and we could go in straight away. We were so thankful for being allowed into the room before our check in time, to allow us to have a sleep and refresh ourselves for the rest of our stay. Highly recommended, best service we have had for a long time.
