"Turns out this location is in an Audubon Sanctuary. We heard and saw somewhere around 30+ birds. House is well kept and owners are right next door, but don’t bother you. Memphis is close with multiple things to do and food is very good. Excellent choice."

"This is the perfect location to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying the privacy this cottage has to offer. The owner went above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Some of my favorite features was the fire pit, corn hole, watching hummingbirds feast on nectar while I drank coffee on the porch swing, and the comfortable beds. Do not hesitate to book this property, you will not regret it!!!"
