"This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M"

"This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!"

"Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. "they did not turn the heat past 65° for three days, there was no snow or ice removal, and we almost slipped and fell several times. I had to get in contact with Vrbo to get them to turn the thermostat to 74, the kicker is they were able to do it remotely, meaning that they could’ve done it the first day of our stay. two of the bedrooms did not have any working outlets. what was supposed to have been a birthday celebration for my 70-year-old uncle turned out to be a disaster."
