"Location is perfectly central to all that we wanted to do. Size & amenities were great. We enjoyed the visits for the neighborhood cat. Host very attentive. Only wish he had more vacation homes just like this one, because we were unable to book with him next year for the same week. He was so helpful in trying to find us another location near this one. Keep being such a super host family."

"Lovely home with a very friendly family atmosphere. The property was beautiful with horses, chickens, sheep, dogs and cats and a river flowing along the property. "Dad" made a large fire at night down by the river. It was so peaceful. There were many educational activities available: Falconry, gun handling, and safety, crafts and so much more. The bedroom was very clean but small and had a shared bath which made it cozy and homey. We totally enjoyed our stay."

"Our room was clean and had all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortale and the fresh mountain air was just what we needed to clear our heads on a much needed stress reducing weekend getaway. Our experience with Cam and the Aussieman Rentals team was positive from beginning to end. Looking foward to our next getaway!"

"The location is BEAUTIFUL. This place has everything you need and more to be snowed in. Fireplace, board games, grill, plenty of pots, pans etc. We lucked out and got 8+ inches of snow over the course of the four nights we were there. I see other reviews about the place being dirty and I don’t agree. This place was super clean. My only complaint(and I’m really being picky here) is maybe have a couple extra pillows for the beds. I give this place 9 outta 10 stars. Absolutely would come back. Fireplace, foosball table, extensive (awesome) collection Of CDs, really made for a magical snow covered time for our spring break vacation. Host communicated well. Loved it. Hill/driveway is pretty steep so definitely make sure you have 4x4. My Honda AWD HR-V did great out there. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours."
