The doors to each room close very loud. Anyone talking in halls or even in the lobby ecos throughout. Last night there security banged on my door late at night when I was asleep woke up he opened the door turned lights on as I yelled at him he left. He had no reason or excuse to do that.

Internet was not working during my entire stay. The water in the shower had not pressure, and it took forever to warm up, almost didn't think there was no hot water. I would definitely not stay in this hotel again. The only positive aspect of this hotel, was the location, if you are in town for business.

We were treated very professionally by all staff members, however, we did not find any person who spoke English, it could be a problem for some. The property location was the main issue, a little too far from town. It's possible to take the public bus going to town but upon your return you must get Uber, there's no way to cross the road specially at night. On our third day, there was a major plumbing problem, there was no hot water and we were moved to another property free of charge. It was inconvenient to pack and wait for the manager to take us to the other property. I realize that this problem was out of their control, I think they did the best to make us feel comfortable. The actual room was clean, spacious and had AC working. The TV screen was small and mostly Spanish channels with only CNN in English. The breakfast offered some Mexican breakfast that we did not care for, we simply enjoyed the fruit. I was expecting to see a restaurant at the property but there's none. The pool area is pretty and no one there.

It was ok. A little inconvenient to get to. There's nothing you can walk to around there. Overall it was ok, nothing fancy but obviously I didn't pay much.

We were here while a hurricane it the house keeping,kitchen people and the operational service management were the most nicest on our trip making sure we were well cared of poor service from front desk with attitudes also whoever owns this hotel shame on you for not having a back up generator while everyone else around had lights running the wifi sucks and there’s no service around and THERE IS A BUG AND ROACH PROBLEM HERE!!!! It may be cheap but not worth the roaches!! There is a lot of Maintenance issues that need to be addressed Also there’s no close stores where u can just walk to get food most places are down town but otherwise if you want cheap with roaches this is the place for you

It's all good. What you would expect from a regular hotel. I gave it 4 stars because our room did not have a mini fridge. The breakfast was simple but it was flavorful. We had chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, beans, toast, ceral and fruit.

The showers would not drain and it took a long time to get the drains cleaned out. Also, we were there several days and only requested for our room to be cleaned ONCE… it didn’t happen. We had to switch rooms once and the room we went into was not maintained very well (i.e. difficulty opening/closing curtains). Otherwise, our stay was decent.

The staff at reception were nice but couldn't find our reservations, ended up giving our room to another person then eventually ended up giving us 3 rooms rather then the 2 I booked. One room no fridge, safe didn't work, no maid service and a cold shower. The other room everything was fine. The rooms look like school dorms, very sparce. There is no restaurant for dinner but they have a breakfast. A number of hot foods, the toaster only toast one side of the bread. There are a couple of nice restaurant within walking distance without having to cross the highway. The roof top pool is okay a little dirty but some people were swimming in it. We only stayed there because our flight was canceled.

Sleep and shower for the price
A place to sleep and shower for a good location. Great pool and view. The rooms and hotels were a little dated but it’s what you get for the price. The breakfast was pretty good.

I asked for something close to the elevator and they put me in the farthest room away as possible Then the room had no remote control for television had to walk back to reception find return my key would not open the door back to the reception the key would not open the door two more times after going to the reception I became frustrated and left I did not stay

We stayed four nights at this property. The pictures on Expedia gives you false hope of the conditions of the hotel.The rooftop pool is in bad conditions and no swim up bar or bar restaurant. The main thing the hotel has is the breakfast buffet. The 2nd thing is that it’s close to the zona hotelera and main attractions by Uber or taxi. If you are just looking for a place to just sleep, this is your hotel.

The pool on the roof has a beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas, The ocean and the city. Has nice room bathrooms, Public bus transportation is very near. The rooftop restaurant food is delicious, the staff service and breakfast are okay.

Only english speaking person at checkin left while helping us, couldn't check in early even though not fully booked. Pool is not heated and too cold to use despite being Spring, most hotels in the area have heated pools.

Loved the roof top pool and patio. Beautiful view of the ocean and ships in the bay. Rooms were cleaned daily and just had to ask for fresh towels when needed. Daily breakfast was good and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel for a good place to stay in Cabo San Lucas!

Rooms are dated and needs some major upkeep. Room in the breakfast room was leaking and the roof was exposed. Pool was ok on the roof top. Nice view and comfortable.

The driveway has massive potholes at the bottom. Very hard to pull out of there into fast moving traffic through the massive holes. Light fixture falling off the wall, ngrout is missing, no face cloth or shower mat, room was an echo chamber. Window didn’t open We left a day early and stayed elsehere

At the time of checking in there was sewage leaking from the ceiling at the entrance to the dining area. Not a great first impression!! Hard to enjoy that "included" breakfast. Like a lot of Mexico - junk left laying around the property. Take some pride people!!! The rooftop had a great view. Was the best part of the place but could be a lot better place with a bit more effort. I can't believe Mexico doesn't have a refund program for bottles, can's and such. The program cost nothing once set up and would be tremendous at cleaning up the ditches, vacant properties and such. Very dangerous to cross that highway on foot!! Yet it's pretty much a must. Beware...
