I stayed at the property just for 1 night because of my flight, as I had fortunately booked a different apartment for the whole vacations period which was a lot better. The price for the single room was not at all value for money, so I would say this is not even an option for someone who wants to stay somewhere cheap. The building and the doors are very old and the single room I booked was in the middle of other 2 rooms (so no soundproof at all), without any view and the terrace out of the window was dirty enough not to be willing to go outside there. Also, there was not at all signal in the room, fortunately the wifi works fine. The room was clean, the bathroom and toilet are probably renovated but located very closed to the bed as the whole room is rather small (I was told it’s the single room, no photo of this on the site, though). Also, the roof is made of wood which made me anxious for the small possibility of any mouse 😬. Also, the pillows are very uncomfortable ! All in all, I suggest that for me, for one night was rather ok. I don’t recommend it for all the vacations period !! Some advantages: the staff was super kind and helpful and the location of course is the best !!! Near piazza Yenne, the port, via Roma and piazza Matteotti where the bus and the train station are.

Hello Mrs. Piniataro, we thank you first of all for choosing to stay at the Sardinia Domus and for leaving your contribution to help us improve Our guest house is located inside a historic building in the city of Cagliari and for this reason we respect a style in line with the architecture in the furnishings and fixtures. The ceilings are made of wood also for this reason and they certainly don't includes abusive animals on it. We will try to improve the "soundproofing" component in our rooms and we are sorry that guests in the nearby rooms may have bothered you with excessive noise. We are happy that cleaning has satisfied you, we always try to give our best. The room in which you have chosen to stay overlooks an internal courtyard and has a proportionally lower cost than the rooms with a view of Largo Carlo Felice which, if you decide to be our guest again, we recommend you try it. Belongs to the 70’s!
Fantastic location but unfortunately my street-facing room was extremely outdated: single glazed windows that let all the busy street noise through, the single bed might’ve belonged to a 1950’s convent, the mattress and pillow was uncomfortable and my door was paper thin meaning I could hear my neighbour’s music and TV playing -eventually I switched on the AC which somewhat covered the noise. The shower is minuscule, maybe 70X90?

Pleasant stay
Simple room close to piazza Yenne and Via roma, so super central. The room was simple but the furniture was well chosen and the room was clean. Good value for money given the position.

Short stay in Cagliari
We arrived late and left next morning so Sardinia Domus was fine for our short stay. Excellent location especially if you’re arriving and leaving by train. Enjoyed the coffee shop breakfast and the restaurant choices in Cagliari are many and varied. Our vegetarian restaurant was exceptional.

Really good location for getting in to the city but also out via the bus and rail stations a few minutes walk away.Got caught out on leaving though. Was told three trains an hour to Airport (a Sunday). Ended up having to take a taxi as this wasn't correct! But on the whole- a happy stay-Thank you.

Simple, rustic charm near the water
We stayed here for only one night and wished we had had more time in the area. The hotel is close to the water (harbor area; five-minute taxi ride to beach) and numerous restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were excellent! Top shelf! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful with a street view and rustic wooden beams on the ceiling. It wasn't posh; I would describe it as an older version of simple European charm. Given that European style and a unique bougie feel were exactly what I was looking for, the hotel totally fit the bill. I would happily stay here again if in Cagliari again. The only complaint is that hot water wasn't available for a few hours; that might have been a fluke occurrence. I have no qualms about recommending this place to others.

If traveling alone: BE CAREFULL!!!
I was placed right in front of reception and on a friday night a girl with curley hair and green eyes was very attentive of my movements. Next day at 4p.m. I woke up with my all my cash and bank card missing. They claim I arrived with two individuals and the girl at the front desk was bussy with other people so she gave them the copy of the room key and left me alone with them in the room. Over 3 thousand dollars in VISA charges! This is very, very shameful and even if they are telling the truth there was no reason for them to give two strangers the copy of the room key and leave me alone with them, and not calling the police.

immerse yourself with the locals
what a wonderful stay at Sardinia Domus. very small, cozy hotel room. the rooms were superbly clean, and the staff always willing to help out. the hotel was a little tricky to find, because i was looking for a ground floor hotel/lobby. its behind a regular looking door and up a flight of stairs. worth every dollar i spent on the rooms. showers are a smidge on the small size, but wonderful water pressure and heat. beds are comfortable and easy to fall asleep on. as soon as you walk out of the hotel, you are immediately welcomed by a shaded street, with lots to look at and take in.

Good Central Location and Helpful, Friendly Staff
This is a simple, comfortable hotel, in a great location near the main bus terminal in the city centre. Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant and is fine (croissants, bread, yoghurts, fruit). We decided to return here after visiting Sant'Antioco and the staff were helpful in booking us in for the extra night. Most of the staff speak English and there is plenty of sightseeing information available.

Affittacamere poco curato ma con un'ottima posizione in pieno centro a Cagliari. La camera che ho prenotato, la standard, era molto piccola e con un bagno ricavato nella stessa che secondo me non è neanche a norma. L'unica finestra in camera dà su una piccola corte buia coi serbatoi dell'acqua. Letto scomodo costituito da due materassi bassi e usurati uno su quell'altro... Sconsigliatissimo aggiungere la colazione come extra a € 8,00 a persona (un furto) perche ci sono solo 2 briosh confezionate e due succhi su un vassoio in camera... Da rimanerci solo una notte ma solo se non si trova altro in città. Unica cosa positiva la posizione e la celerità di intervento del gestore dopo esserci accorti che la doccia era rotta.

Un po' scomodo il checkin in 2 strutture diverse, sopratutto se si hanno bagagli ingombranti. La cosa però più grave è che la mattina alle 7 a qualcuno è stata assegnata una stanza errata (quella gia occupata da me) e quindi mi sono ritrovato uno sconosciuto entrare in camera, fatto gravissimo e intollerabile.

Siamo dispiaciuti nel leggere quello che ci ha scritto. Le possiamo garantire che è impossibile che venga assegnata a due prenotazioni diverse la stessa camera. Disponiamo di un software di gestione delle prenotazioni che RENDE ASSOLUTAMENTE IMPOSSIBILE L'ASSEGNAZIONE IN CAMERE GIA' IMPEGNATE. Le chiavi a disposizione per i clienti sono singole, in quanto i doppioni delle chiavi sono a disposizione dello staff in uno spazio completamente diverso da quello che viene riservato per le chiavi dei clienti. Il che rende totalmente impossibile, anche per errore del ricevimento, dare due chiavi identiche allo stesso cliente. Stiamo verificando quello che ci ha segnalato, che confessiamo ci lascia un po' perplessi. Se volesse contattarmi per approfondire la situazione le lascio qua sotto il mio indirizzo. Letto improponibile, materasso anni ottanta con molle, neanche sulle navi. La prenotazione risultava per una persona non per due, e quindi anche la colazione. Quando è stato fatto notare il personale è stato davvero scortese mettendo in dubbio la cosa senza aver neppure verificato. Solo dopo aver aspettato che verificassero si sono scusati con noi.

Gentilissimo Ospite Ci spiace non si sia trovato bene presso la stanza assegnatale. Stiamo verificando se il materasso presenta qualche imperfezione, perchè nella nostra struttura non abbiamo materassi a molle...... Mi spiace per Il disguido sulla colazione, e mi spiace se il personale Le è potuto sembrare scortese prima che facesse la verifica che è opportuna quando ci sono delle discordanze fra la prenotazione e ciò che afferma il cliente. Es war sehr gut gelegen , das Frühstück war unten an der Strasse im Café Svizzero , 1 Kaffe und 1 süsses Brötchen nach wahl das war völlig ok. Mann ist sehr an der Bus Station . Das Essen in den schönen Gässlein war ein Traum . Alles tip top.

В центре города. Машина стояла под окном. Улочка конечно непривычно узкая. Хозяин приветливый. На завтраки полный холодильник - гора разных иогуртов, соки, молоко, масло, мед, фрукты, много выпечки, чай, кофе и т.д, и т.п - все кроме колбасных изделий и сыра. Не попробовали и треть. Все, более чем, соответствует ожиданиям от недорогих аппартаментов. Большое спасибо. Александр, Ирина.

駅に近くて便利
カリアリ駅から近くて便利だった。受付の方がとても感じが良く、翌日出発前に荷物も預かってくれて、街をゆっくり散策できた。おススメしてくれたレストランもとても美味しく、ホテルに宿泊している旨を伝えると割引してくれた。

Una notte a Cagliari
Ho trascorso una notte soltanto nel b&b Sardinia Domus la stanza si trova in Largo Carlo Felice 26,ero gia stata in passato ma in un altro edificio, trovo la posizione ottima, il parcheggio a pagamento vicino alla stazione rende il soggiorno di tutto relax, ottima la pulizia e l' efficenza del personale, alcuni elementi nella camera mostrano gli anni che hanno, unico neo l' acqua calda inesistente in bagno, ho segnalato il problema ma purtroppo la mattina non è stato possibile fare la doccia, comunque è una struttura che consiglio.

Ci dispiace per il problema che ha avuto con l’acqua calda, abbiamo subito fatto verificare il problema, è andata in blocco la caldaia. Abbiamo già predisposto una manutenzione straordinaria in modo da evitare che ricapiti. La ringraziamo ancora per la sua preferenza e per la pazienza.
