Very clean and safe parking, reception very friendly, would recommend to all travelers , even though it is south of the city, takes no time at all to get into the city center.

Location is good. Room was in a poor state, agied equipment alot of rust on microwave and fridge. Blinds on all windows were broken. MDF cupboard doors were peeling and swollen and mouldy. This may have been only one room, don't know about the rest!

Horrible place
First room had a broken toilet seat. Second room the Air conditioning wasn't working, the fridge was turned down to the lowest setting, there was no hot water and the WIFI wasn't working. Car park was so small.

Sorry you feel the need to write these things. Obviously this is not true. If indeed you did stay you would know that our maintenance man would have things fixed straight away. Also our car park is huge and fits over 30 cars.

Communication needs to be better. It was all clean. Everything you need was there, but had a smell. Needs to spray or keep an air freshener in the apartment. Saw couple of cockroaches inside the apartment. The main problem was the wifi. The five days of our stay, didn’t get any wifi connection at all. Needed to do some research using wifi. The staff were not very helpful on that issue.

Could you please supply a reason for the score given. It is a bit rude to not state why you gave a score of 4. You booked a 3.5 star motel room for $90 a night. Did you expect a luxury room?

We stayed here as it was walking distance to the race track. Secure parking and off street parking. The place is the usual Qld style motel that is in need for an update but with the price you pay the beds are comfortable it’s a place to sleep and shower.

We have been going here for many years and have never been disappointed it is close to all our needs. Though it is situated on a main road is quite and secluded. The self contained units with full kitchen are a boon when you wish to maintain a budget and the secure off road parking gives you peace of mind.

Great hotel for the night or a few days. We stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to the race track. Secure parking.

Nice room for an affordable price
The staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in a little earlier which was very helpful to us. The room was nice for the price we paid and it was clean. Checking in and out was super easy. The bed was comfortable.

Cops and roaches
We were due to stay here for two nights but left after one due to a very unpleasant stay. Negatives: • On arriving in our room we found a cockroach in the bathroom. While hotel staff assured us that it was an “external cockroach” that had flown in, as it was in a drawer we didn’t find this very convincing. • When we arrived there was a large dispute happening involving hotel guests and the police. • The room itself was not very clean and there was a very musty smell around the sink. • The blinds were broken making it hard to get privacy in the room. Positives: • The hotel staff themselves were very polite and friendly.

Good choice on the south side
I've stayed here many times over the years, the hosts are great, the hotel clean and well appointed. The complex has a nice pool, tennis court and secure parking and all at a great rate. Thanks for another great stay.
