I didn’t like anything! The staff was nice and that was about the only thing nice! I used to stay at this hotel for years and I decided to come back and it was disgusting! It needs some serious remodeling. From the get go I didn’t want to lay my daughter on the disgusting bed and sure enough she ended up getting bitten from bed bugs! Blankets are dirty, bed is dirty pillows are dirty shower everything dirty and old!

Need lots of improvements the property it’s getting old need to be repair like hot water take to long to come out the badroom it’s too old the toilet don’t flush the carpet it’s coming off the floor and much more

It had been 30 years since going to Mexico.
Worked out perfect as family was near enough to walk. Loved the pool, room very clean. Girls up fromt very helpful too

Era la 1:30am había música fuertísima de un carro dentro del hotel personas hablando fuertísimo hable a recepción pero nunca se callaron, el control se desprogramó hablé 3 veces a recepción para q me ayudarán y hay va y hay va y nada

El establecimiento no tenia habitaciones disponibles, la aplicacuon nos cobro la noche, el gerente nos mando a un Motel de paso, sin costo, pero desagradable Al menos no dormi en la calle, debería estar agradecido? Me sentiria satisfecho si al menos me regresan mi dinero de la noche de la habitacion un hotel que no pudieron darme pero si cobrarme

Las habitaciones están en estado deplorable, no se le ha dado mantenimiento, en la regadera había cucarachitas y el piso manchado. Las camas muy duras, difícil conciliar el sueño con el ruido de la calle.
