I like this hotel bc is very near to restaurants and downtown. I did not like the strong Pinol desinfectante odor in the room. Poor plastic silverware and paper cups to use for breakfast. Reflective of poor quality service.

Did not like that the rooms they gve us were next to the hotel maintenance area. A large pile of garbage which included food stuff sat just outside our door. How anyon could think that was ok is beyond me.

A good night's sleep at a good price
I've stayed in this hotel many times. It's consistently good. Comfortable beds and good water pressure; those are the most important for me. Breakfast is excellent, but do note that the "free breakfast" is one person per room per night. Neighbors on one side were noisy and inconsiderate, but that is the fault of their upbringing, not the hotel. Easy access on and off of the main highway (I-15). Good WiFi. Secure parking. Room for trailers (the parking attendants can be really creative to make room.) Nice pool. No hot tub. Overall I give it an 8 out of 10... Especially for the price!!

Hotel has great location rooms are too old has old furniture , they smell and have a very strong sewer odor inside toilets leaks water shower has leaks beds are too old breakfast is ok anyways I won’t recommend this too my friend

AVOID THIS PLACE- they don't honor reservations
Avoid this hotel! We went to the lobby to check in and the receptionist was extremely rude and said they didn't have any rooms available!!! He asked us for the room number on the reservation, I've stayed at many hotels and never asked for a room number upon reservation. He also said we didn't pay for anything even though we showed him our receipts. Come to find out he was looking to talk himself out of the situation. His name was Peter and completely arrogant. Glad we didn't stay because the hotel looked very dirty and the staff was really rude!

Check-in nightmare
When I went to check in, the night manager refused to give me a room unless I paid him $650 pesos, even though the room had been paid for through Expedia. I showed the night manager the email confirming the booking, but he refused to even look up my name in the hotel reception computer. He kept asking me for my hotel room number. I gave him the Expedia itinerary number, but he kept demanding the room amount and would not budge. I had to leave and find another hotel in the area to stay. Never in the 50 years of travelling the world have I been treated like this. The night manager refused to get his supervisor for me to speak with or offer any help what so ever. Glad I was able to get a room in the Best Western.

Dated and not that clean
First room I was given was really dirty. No threshold on the door so just imagine who was in the room. Complained and got a cleaner room. Tried to bill me both on checking and checkout when I'd paid online.

El baño deja mucho que desear, la puerta del baño es acrílico que se transparenta, la regadera tenía las manijas sucias con sarro La habitación daba hacia la calle Miguel Alemán se escuchaban muchos ruidos de camiones y autos en la madrugada pero era porque no cerraba bien la ventana, no está cuadrada la ventana con el marco, por lo que se iba abriendo el hueco

La cerradura de la puerta no funcionaba bien, había que cerrar dos veces la puerta, no servía el teléfono, tenía que ir a recepción para realizar cualquier petición, había muchos grillos y cucarachas dentro de la habitación, el horario del restaurant estaba mal, la ubicación es lo que si está muy bien

Para empezar entran a la abitacion sin autorización está súper mal eso estaba sola con mis hijas segundo reserve x el bufed y resulta que se sierra a las 11 cosa que no te dicen en la entrada ya que reverbe x carretera para hacer todo más fácil llegar organizada con mi tiempo muy mal

El buffet está repetitivo, deberían de agregar frutas por lo menos, las habitaciones están bien, los baños tienes algunos detalles en las regaderas, pero el precio está muy bien la verdad si me volveria a quedar.

No incluían desayuno pese a ofreferlo en linea
Pese a que la reservacion en linea incluía desayuno, en recepción se me fue negado, en palabras de la recepcionista "en linea dice que lo incluye pero no lo incluye" los precios son distintos y eso es publicidad falsa. Ademas el proceso de registro en recepción fue algo tardado y en todo momento se me sugirió mejor hacerlo por teléfono o en persona, donde los precios son mas altos, porque es menos complicado para ellos. La habitación estaba bien, fue en el servico y la discrepancias en el registro en linea donde estuve inconforme.
