We loved the entire hotel. Updated charging stations for phone would be a good thing. Staff was amazing friendly knowledgeable very easy to work with. Perfect. We will return many timrs dont change a thing. Great place for family. Thank you James from the front desk who was very helpful.

What an experience. Top notch service. Among the best staff I have seen in a hotel or hotel bar. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. It’s located within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. I will pick this hotel again in the future.

The room was very clean and spacious and the staff was amazing! The hotel just needs to work on polishing up around the entrance due to this is a beautiful old building that used to be the Cincinnati enquirer. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again
