    "Le Beau Soleil" is a 125m² apartment specially designed to accommodate up to 6 people opening onto a sunny balcony facing the sea with a 180° view of the Erins islands to the mountains of Théoules sur mer.

    The configuration and functionality of the apartment offers you all the necessary comfort for an ideal stay :
    Three bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms and beautiful spaces for living rooms.

    The American kitchen allows you to enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of the living room while preparing small gourmet dishes.
    The latter, fully equipped, has induction hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and all the kitchen utensils you will need.

    You can enjoy fine sandy beaches, shopping on the Croisette and atypical restaurants in the historic center of Cannes.
    You will find within a perimeter of 100 m: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and shops of all kinds.

    If you have the chance, come in and say hi to Hervé and Julian, their recommendations are fantastic and their knowledge impressive. Hervé worked as a sommelier for Gordan Ramsay at Petrus in London.


    The old harbor and The Suquet, The hill of "Suquet" is the roots of Cannes

    The oldest part of the port " Quay St Pierre ", welcomed the merchants from 1838. Now, it shelters the yachts of the rich and
    the celebrities. Make a walk up to the Museum of Castrates, to the Square Tower and in the church. From the top you can admire
    the view of the city, the port, the Croisette and the Lérins Islands.


    The Lérins Islands :

    We also suggest that you leave the crowds and jump on the ferry towards the Ile de Saint Honorat. It is the smallest
    (and more attractive) of both "Lérins Islands" near Cannes and still shelters the monastery of 30 monks Cistercians. They produce
    an exceptional wine in the Abbeye de Lérins, what makes a fantastic present for friends and family because it is difficult to obtain outside the island. Make sure to ask "for saint Honorat" because ferries leave for both islands from the same terminal.
    Also verify the return hours and do not miss the last ferry.

    This seaside resort is the meeting point of the Côte d'Azur and the location of the famous film festival.
    You are a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and the rise of the steps !

    We came to Cannes to help my daughter celebrate her 21st birthday. We picked this rental due to its close proximity to her school, but it really convinced me that this is the perfect location to stay in Cannes. It is away from the center city noise, but a quick walk into the main part of town. It has all the beaches, cafes and shops just steps away … and a view right out of your dreams. The AC was strong. Love the modern vibe of the apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Two toilets, and three shower rooms.I hope to come back and stay here again. It was just PERFECT! A few call outs just to fully inform … 1. The primary bathroom does not have a proper shower, just a traditional tub. Not suitable for elderly or people with movement issues. Not an issue for most. 2. The showers in the second two rooms are fully exposed to the bedrooms. Again, not an issue for most, but you are fully exposed to others in the room. 3. There is just one main AC unit in the main room. It is very powerful and there are lots of fans to spread the air into the bedrooms. Follow the instructions to close metal blinds when you are gone and the place stays perfectly cool all day with the AC off. 4. The sofa and beds are modern and low. We loved them … but it would be very challenging for someone who is elderly with mobility issues. We REALLY loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We spent hours on the balcony … morning and evening. It is dreamy …

    We enjoyed the place a lot. It is close to all things we needed: beach, cafes, Mistral square with children playground. There are a number of small stores around or you can go to the old center for weekly shopping. The area is good for children. The car is not needed. We enjoyed the terrace with the view of the sea. The apartment has all amentities as advertised. The pictures on the site represent the place correctly. I would consider to go back next year,

    Great apartment with an amazing view, lovely beach, and convenient location to everything
    We absolutely loved our stay in this place and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect and apartment is very nice. It was great to wake up to a beautiful view every morning and watch fireworks right from our balcony in the evening. The beach across the street was very clean with clear blue water; if someone likes to swim in the morning - the whole place is yours. Restaurants and shops were all walking distance. Restaurants across the street have nice siting area with lounges right on the beach. We also cooked some meal at the apartment; it has all the necessary cookware/dishware. A noise could be a problem for some people with light sleep during night if you decide to open the window in the master bedroom as it faces the busy main street; other two bedrooms are on a quiet side. Our host, Jules, was great. He gave us a lot of good recommendations on our arrival. We also took a private boat trip with him around islands that we greatly enjoyed.

    Our stay here was great. The apartment was spacious for our family of four and it was exceptionally clean. Even better was the location. Just far enough to avoid the throngs at the Croisette, but walkable enough to be there in 10-15 minutes. There are several lovely beach areas literally across the street from the apartment building and the views off the the front of the property cannot be beat. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

    We were very comfortable in this apartment with 6 people. The view is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time at the beach right in front of the property. The kitchen was so well stocked that we cooked in for most meals. Thank you for being great hosts!

    Excellent location -- 10 steps to beach and only a short walk to downtown Cannes.
    We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. You can't get closer to the beach (which was a great one for swimming) and it was only a 10 min walk to the best shopping and restaurants in Cannes. There was also an amazing bakery downstairs that we stopped into almost every morning for croissants and pastries. The apartment was spacious, had all the basics you need plus a few nice extras like beach mats/towels, complimentary bath products and a real blow dryer (not a $5 travel one). They hosts really did provide 24/7 service. They met us right when we pulled up, were kind enough to let us in early (which we appreciated!) and stopped by within 10 minutes of calling both times we needed something during the stay. It was the best service of any rental we've ever stayed at. The only downside to the property is the same downside to any place in a prime location, which is that it can be a bit noisy at night. This would be the same as any apartment downtown too. 2 of the 3 rooms were on the backside of the apartment though and both of those were quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone! Great value overall.

    Jules and Nicolas were awesome. They were both very helpful from the time we arrived until we left.
    The property is exactly how it is described. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants and shops. We can't wait to visit again.
