Perfect home
This home was a delight for our 2 couples. It’s well appointed and super comfortable to go back to after doing all things Canyon. Very easy to get to the Square, WTAMU, and the State Park. Highly recommend.

Definitely will stay again. Hostess had snacks and water on our arrival and there was ice mugs in the freezer bonus 😃 If you like pickle ball driveway is the perfect place to play so if you have a net bring it with.

We stayed here with plans to spend time in Palo Duro Canyon. What we got was a well-maintained home with all the advertised amenities in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Canyon. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our Home in Canyon
We absolutely loved the place! We truly enjoyed the area, the style/decor of the home, the ease to and from the college, restaurants, and grocery store. The house is very charming, comfortable, and clean. When asked if they had a dvd player, they came out and installed one for us. Excellent communication was provided throughout our stay. Definitely our #1 choice to stay again.

Fall Hiking Trip
We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Canyon home. The property was very cute, clean, and conveniently located. There is a Wal-Mart very close for any forgotten items/groceries. The town is close also and nice to walk around, only a short distance from the house. This property was certainly convenient for our hiking in Palo Duro Canyon, only 15 minutes away which made it nice to go for both sunrise and sunset, with a break in between. The home was nicely appointed, there was plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen items, including miscellaneous spices, baggies, etc. We debated on staying in Canyon or nearby Amarillo, but this rental was perfect and in a perfect location. Oh yes, all the beds were comfortable too! Would definitely recommend!

Loved this cute and cozy home. Canyon is such a wonderful small town and this house was perfect. The decor was beautiful, not gonna lie…I totally rented this house based on the large cow painting in the dining room!

Comfortable Home but beware of cleaning/service fees
Overall the house was great, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. My only complaint about this property was the cleaning fee/service fees were more than one nights stay. Had I reviewed my reservation more carefully and paid attention to the cleaning/service fees before I confirmed my stay, I probably would not have booked this home. Other properties in the area have a more reasonable cleaning/service fees.

The house is in a very quiet and upkeep neighborhood. It is very convenient to downtown and other locations. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. It did have a nice chair with lamp that was very nice for reading. The only problem we had was with the TV. Although we had instructions on how to watch programs we could not get it to work. But, we are older and are not very tech savy.
