I am sorry about your experience. I am wondering why this is the first time we heard from you. We could have addressed these issues. All of our reviews have been great. We have always had remotes for TVs., and had great reviews on our cleaners. In the future, you may want to share your concerns with your host on the first night of check-in.

The guest said the unit was advertised as a 4-bedroom. We advertised it as a two bedroom with 4 beds available. I did offer her another unit when she texted that it was also a 2 bedroom with two additional beds but she declined the offer. She found a comforter with a stain on it that had been replaced. I told her we had other linens available in the closet to use and apologized if it was overlooked by the cleaning crew. When she left she messaged me that she broke the fold-out sofa. The guest also left paint and colored chalk all over the walkway into the unit. I knew from check-in that this person would be dissatisfied as she thought she rented a 4-bedroom unit. Her original message was in Spanish so maybe there was some confusion on 4 beds versus 4 bedrooms. We have a pest service that sprays every other week and was never informed that she found a cockroach. I walk the unit after every cleaning and did not see any indications of roaches in the unit.
