The villa, air conditioned, is quiet, in the countryside, overlooking the lake Carcès, famous for fishing.
It is built on 2 levels, with a fully glazed and "open" living room opening onto a shaded terrace, and downstairs rooms directly overlooking the pool and its beach.
2 small terraces "boudoirs" and a balcony are also available.

The location of the villa very good for a quiet holiday experience away from the crowds.
The villa with pool looked towards the Lac Carces, superbly located. The accommodation was comfortable, with its air conditioning. Would be so much better with an improved attention to cleanliness.

Nous étions 2 couples d'amis dans cette maison. Cadre magnifique ! La vue, la piscine et le salon de jardin sous le murier tout simplement génial. Nous avons passé de très bonnes soirées au frais à cet endroit. Le calme et la tranquillité du voisinage nous a surpris. Nous étions tellement bien que nous n'avons pas fait beaucoup d'activités extérieures. Juste savourer et se reposer. Un peu de mal au début pour se familiariser avec les télécommandes de la maison (lumières intérieures et extérieures, clim, volets) mais ce n'est vraiment qu'un détail. En ce qui concerne les équipements de la maison plutôt bien, si ce n'est la literie un peu dure, prévoir un intermédiaire entre les tasses à expresso et les bols (mugs), et le sèche cheveux qui ne marche que sur une vitesse (pas trop puissant) et qui n'était pas dans un bon état (poignée collante..) penser peut être à le changer. En ce qui concerne le ménage, ce n'était pas impeccable partout, mais franchement pas dérangeant pour nous. Je finirai par l'accueil du propriétaire qui était vraiment sympathique.

Voici une liste je l’espère exhaustive des dysfonctionnements ou dégradations constatées depuis notre arrivée qui justifie notre fort mécontentement.. Plancha hors d’usage qui a fait disjoncter car vous n’avez pris la peine de la vérifier Cafetière entartrée hors d’usage Pas de planche à découper Cour côté sèche linge très sale et pas nettoyée Terrasse de la piscine très sale, c’est moi qui l’ai nettoyé Piscine pas nettoyée à notre arrivée, un pisiniste est à priori mandaté pour le faire, nous l’avons vu une seule fois...Vous auriez pu le faire puisque vous disposez d’un robot!!!! Panier du lave vaisselle déglingué et efficacité du lavage passable Pas de porte de séparation entre les pièces Wifi hors d’atteinte une fois éloigné de la box, pas de réseau à la piscine Parasol de la piscine moisi et cassé j’ai réparé une branche en partie... Climatisation qui fuit à l’extérieur Et enfin le meilleur pour la fin: Lit qui grince qui nous a obligé à dormir dans la chambre du bas et donc sans climatisation...inadmissible!! Évier bouché, qui a nécessité 3 interventions, la votre et deux fois celle du plombier pour enfin installer un siphon en espérant que cette fois ci le problème soit réglé??? Ces 3 interventions nous ont fait perdre un temps précieux... Douche et lavabo bouchés, le plombier a fait son maximum mais constate que toute la tuyauterie a été mal conçue et est à revoir... Douchette et pommeau de douche complètement entartré

De belles vacances
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans le Var. Randonnées, lac , et visites des villages alentours et des marchés locaux . La maison était très agréable : dans un secteur calme , avec sa piscine et son côté ombragé, bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire. Le propriétaire a été très à l écoute et très agréable.

Cadre idéal pour des vacances très reposantes
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et idéalement située au bord du lac de Carcès. Séjour au vert, détente assurée avec sa terrasse ombragée et la piscine avec vue sur le lac. Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire.
