Rooms smelled terribly of mold. I had them try and switch me rooms but same terrible smell. Their problem is that the ACs turn off when you leave the room so mold grows in humid conditions like that when the AC isn’t on. They wouldn’t refund the money for the room even though we were only there 15 minutes and didn’t touch anything. They also grossly misrepresent the room sizes. It states the rooms are 600 square feet. Yet I used my measurement app and the rooms are 200 square feet at best. Terrible Place with terrible staff do not stay.

Overall the property is beautiful and the staff do an excellent job. I really enjoyed my time there. The only issue I had is some of the things about the room were not working. The front door lock didn't work and they had to fix it, the shower wasn't draining properly, the lock box had no batteries in it and the water was making odd sounds at times. They always fixed them quickly though.

This property is amazing. The unique beautiful boutique style hotel is by far one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location was walking distance to everywhere. The staff were great. Tatianna and Eddie were amazing along with the rest of the staff. Whenever I do return I most definitely will be staying here. I mean the rooms especially the beds were comfy!! I only had one issue and that was with my air. I told front desk and by the time I returned from my excursion it was cold as the North Pole in there. Just the way I like it.

Pros: Hotel is located in a prime location near many top rated restaurants, main attractions, and shopping. It’s also located a short drive from the airport -expect to pay about 20,000 COP or about 5 USD. Breakfast at Apogeo -next door- was excellent (included). The two pools on the rooftop were small yet relaxing with a covered sitting area and loungers plus a 360 view of the city. Our room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, nice toiletries, robes, sleepers, luxurious sheets, plenty of pillows, and large bath towels. Few cons: Loud music from nearby bars and people coming from the bars. We were on the 3rd floor and could constantly hear moving chairs from the rooftop restaurant. Plumbing noise and some other weird noise that literally sounded as someone trying to open the door which it startled us several times in the middle of the night. Best part: What made this boutique hotel so unique and welcoming was the staff; friendly, accommodating, extremely helpful, and polite. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel property to anyone who wants to feel safe, well taken care of, and don’t mind the noise.

First time to Cartagena and the location was perfect. Hotel is super clean and included breakfast amazing. Rooms are separate and not connected but it wasn't a huge issue. Would stay again.

The room is very new. Beautiful hotel. Two main problems: the wall has a sand treatment that kept falling and making the room seem untidy and dusty. Also, they have a problem with the pipes. Whenever someone flushes the toilet water comes out bursting out of the toilet or the pipes in the wash basin. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful but it was not a perfect experience as a result.

Stay here! You won’t regret it. This boutique hotel is such a gem. Beautiful design, incredibly comfortable beds, excellent rooftop with delicious food, attentive and kind service. I understand it seems a little unusual that there is no website, but don’t let that deter you - this hotel is worth it.

This hotel is a perfect little get away, it’s a hidden oasis in the middle of the old walled city. The front is very unassuming. When you enter the lobby, you’re welcomed by calm and peaceful atmosphere and wonderful front desk staff. The staff was fantastic in making everything happen. With my points I was eligible for a room upgrade they moved us from the Luxury room to the Studio suite. The Studio suite was much larger and more comfortable. Both rooms are beautiful! But the Studio is superior. The style of the hotel overall is an industrial style, it’s clean, elegant and chic. The beds and pillows were like clouds, the AC is cool and crisp. Con – I love the idea of the curtain hiding the glass door, but the curtain gets caught on their top of the door when opening or closing. I don’t know if they if there is a solution to that but it’s not a deal breaker, just might damage the curtain after time. The 4th floor look out and pool is a nice little hang out spot. Con - For me is the breakfast. I would say expanded the kitchen options for breakfast. They only offered eggs and omelets. I don’t eat eggs due to allergies, so I had to have what few options on the bar counter. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We had a great stay, and we were very happy with the service, attentiveness to details and the level of comfort. Thanks to Luciana, Maria Laura, Erick, Yair, Silvana, Jorge and the housekeeping staff. I recommend this hotel; it is as exactly as it is in the pictures, a 10/10!

I liked the property alot. However, my room was below the rooftop restaurant so I heard constant noise that sounded like chairs being moved from morning until very late in the evening. I let one of the front desk staff members know and he said he would look into it for me, but there was never any follow-up. Otherwise, the property itself is beautiful (newly built/renovated) and conveniently located in the Walled City. The front desk staff was also wonderful with the exception of the lack of follow up on the room issue. I also mentioned to staff on the last day that I didn't realize the room was below the rooftop bar, and they did not offer any sort of recompense for the ongoing noise issue.

The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.

New hotel with flaws in service. We had the presidential suite that wasn’t actually a suite but 2 separate rooms with access to a dining, lounge and kitchenette area and a tiny pool. To get from one room to the other we had to use an outside hallway where all the other rooms could see and hear us. Not very convenient.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The bed was so comfortable. The rooms are beautiful. The staff was excellent - very friendly and professional. They were accommodating of our early arrival, setting us up with baggage storage, and leading us to the roof to change and use the bathroom. We were able to get a late checkout on our final day (for a fair fee), and after we checked out, we were able to hang out on the roof in the shade, quite comfortable, until it was time to leave for the airport. The only downsides were the cold shower, and we felt a bit strong-armed by one of the staff insisting on walking us to a tourist-trap restaurant that we weren't all that keen on - it seemed she was perhaps getting a kickback from the restaurant for guiding us there. The area itself is easily walkable to everything in the walled city. The walled city is very touristy, which is a bit of a turnoff, but a prime location for the hotel. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The hotel was amazing. It was beautiful pictures did it no justice. The staff were amazing and so sweet. My friend got sick during the trip and they took such great care of her. They made sure we had everything we needed and was well equipped for going out in the streets. I would give this place a 10/10.

The property is brand new so everything looks very fresh and clean, the rooms are spotless and towels and robes are super nice. The hotel still doesn’t have the restaurant so breakfast is served next door at Buena Vida which is nice, but for that reason there is no room service. No spa either but the staff were super nice to help with organizing and booking everything I asked for. Especially Erick, I don’t speak Spanish so he translated and booked everything I asked for, I really hope that the hotel owner treats him well🙏 Just as an fyi, the neighborhood at night is filled with prostitutes. My last night there was better because there was police so it felt safer. The hotel locks all doors though so I felt safe inside.

It was a great place, well situated, staff was friendly and helpful, they were always around and convenient. The hotel is way better in person, the room, the rooftop pool, the view, the location, it was an amazing experience and I would go back anytime. Highly recommended!

El hotel fue perfecto, muy buena ubicación y muy buenas atenciones, el lugar muy bonito y acogedor, y las atenciones del personal muy buenas, fueron muy serviciales, a pesar de que estaban recien en apertura para la fecha en que los visitamos, pero nos encanto.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s in an area that’s walkable to great shops & restaurants. The staff was friendly & attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice. The rooftop restaurant isn’t open yet but there is a restaurant on the corner that provides free breakfast to the hotel guest.
