Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly. The evening meal was top rate. Breakfast was fine. The hotel itself is completely isolated from restaurants and shopping. The main town is reachable only by public bus or taxi, which is expensive. If you do not have a car or are not travelling with a tour group by bus, you should avoid a stay here. Unless you have a car, this is not the place to stay.

Hard to judge with COVID restrictions
In think if it was not for COVID issues, would have been really good hotel. As it was, meh... None of the hotel's facilities were open, breakfast was via room service but was not bad. I paid for a sea view room, which it was plus the view of a ship building yard. Not so panoramic. Location is a good jumping off point for the rest of the coast. Staff is friendly, it is apparent they are hanging on hoping for a good summer season.

Very nice and clean hotel. Though the restaurant was closed beginning of October, the port is just 15 minutes walk and offers excellent dinner.

Excellent Family run hotel
Amazing hosts, family who run the hotel are amazingly welcoming and made the stay. Great location for transport links; ferry, train etc. Visited Capri and Sorrento which was beautiful however found the most amazing restaurant of all local to the hotel( inexpensive too £6 per bottle of wine £120 bill for 3 courses for 4 people including 5 bottles of wine.) Lovely breakfast rooms basic but clean. Recommend booking, family made the stay with their warmth and hospitality.

Hard to give a view
After an 8 hour drive we were told that the hotel air conditioning had failed and we were sent to another hotel. Dining rooms looked like they'd been set for a wedding. Alternative also had a wedding - we were woken at 1a.m. for a 20 minute firework display-then the singer started for a further hour. Terrible

A wonderful stay, the staff were excellent a special thank you to Giovanni in the restaurant who went out of his way to be kind and helpful. A lovely stay, I would stay here again and highly recommend it

"Industrial Panoramic"
Couldn't find the place, bad signage and unhelpful locals. On arrival at 1030pm we were given a bottle of opened still water and charged for it. We woke to a view of the ship yard. No chairs in the room or balcony. The shower did not work, after 2 attempts to repair it, I did it my self. Breakfast was a cheap yougart, a floppy coisant, processed meat and cheese, inedible cereal, nice coffee, horrible milk and jams. No where to eat well in town. No where to walk. We felt thouroughly let down.

Très bel hôtel aux charmes italiens : de hauts plafonds, de la jolies faïences partout. Le personnel est très attentionné et très gentil. Et on y mange très bien ! La vue sur la baie est très belle mais pour cela il faut accepter la route plutôt passante (fenêtre fermée, on n'entend rien). Ce qui est dommage : la vue de certaines chambres (petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour), l'hôtel est excentré, donc sans voiture il faut aimer la marche ! La gare se trouve à /- 3 km.

Très bon Hôtel
Très bel hôtel au charme un peu désuet qui nous transporte dans le temps et dans l'espace avec une vue splendide sur la Baie de Naples et le Vésuve. Relativement calme malgré la route en contre bas. Le personnel est charmant, dévoué et généreux. Les chambres sont propres ainsi que les serviettes changées tous les jours. Ma mère et moi avons passé une semaine de rêve à moindre frais. Merci.

Toller Blick auf Neapel und idealer Ausgangspunkt
Das Hotel scheint aus der Zeit gefallen zu sein. Zimmer sind O. K., man hat alles was man braucht. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und ist daher auch sehr laut. Es gibt nur ca. 12 Parkplätze, wo die restlichen Gäste parken können, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich aber ausreichend. Für Ausflüge nach Pompeii und Sorrent ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Nicht verpassen, die Seilbahn von Stabia zum Monte Fajto.

Il parcheggio interno è totalmente insufficiente. Al 4° piano la camera è risultata piccola, carente nella qualità e nella quantità degli arredi ( una sola sedia, due soli appendi abiti, nessun appoggio e ricovero valigie). Ancora più piccolo il bagno, senza una mensola d'appoggio, con sanitari mignon. Il bagno emanava cattivi odori persistenti che non sono stati eliminati costringendoci a dormire con le finestre aperte. Non è stato possibile cambiare camera. L'inconveniente era noto ma era impossibile intervenire perchè necessitava il piano libero da ospiti. L'oscuramento della camera è impossibile per chè la tenda non "oscura".

Panorami stupendo
La camera è ben arredata e il panorama è incantevole, ma bisogna migliorare alcune cose: macchie di umidità sul soffitto; puzza di fogna proveniente dal bagno; letto matrimoniale formato da due materassi singoli (tanto ridicolo quanto inaccettabile). Da rivedere anche il parcheggio notturno in quanto, un ospite che rientra in struttura di notte, deve scendere dall'auto (lasciandola in strada), salire la rampa di scale che porta alla hall, chiedere al guardiano di aprire il cancello automatico, riscendere le scale, riprendere l'auto e finalmente posare la macchina. Nel 2017 non sarebbe più comodo ed efficiente mettere un citofono in prossimità del cancello automatico? Nel complesso la struttura non è male ed il soggiorno risulta piacevole, anche grazie alla cortesia del personale, ma a quelle cifre (in Italia e all'estero) si hanno servizi totalmente diversi.

O hotel em si é muito bom, a equipe muito atenciosa e o quarto confortável e amplo. Mas é longe de tudo. Diz-se próximo a Positano, mas não é bem assim, tivemos que retornar de nossa direção rumo a Sicilia, depois de já ter visitado Positano, para encontrar o Hotel que é ao meu ver mais próximo de Nápoles ou Pompéia. The hotel itself is very good, staff is the highlight of hotel, very helpful, and the spacious and comfortable room are very good. But it is far from everything. It is said near Positano, but it is not so, we had to return our direction towards Sicily, having already visited Positano to find the hotel that is in my view close to Naples or Pompei.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana nei primi di Agosto, ho preso una camera economy da internet e appena arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza senza finestre, nemmeno in bagno, se sapevo una cosa del genere non avrei mai prenotato !!!! La mattina la colazione molto povera, si salvano solo i cornetti, tutta la settimana non ho avuto un cappuccino perche loro dicevano di avere la macchina Rotta!!!! Nella TV della stanza non si vedevano i canali piu importanti, il frigo non funzionava e la scheda per accendere le luci faceva falso contatto facendo saltare ogni tanto la corrente, il personale finge di essere a disposizione ma non soddisfa nessuna richiesta , dicono solo , ci dispiace , altro fatto curioso, abbiamo chiesto quanto si pagava per pranzare o cenare , la prima volta ci dissero 12 a persona, poi una dipendente ci disse 15 e alla fine quando ci siamo seduti al tavolo il cameriere ha detto 20 a persona OBBLIGATORIO,io per correttezza non faccio mai polemica , ma il piede in posti del genere , non lo metto piu..... NOTE POSITIVE ci sono piaciuti i primi e i secondi piatti, di buona qualita' , e la vista sul mare, molto suggestiva

si perde nei dettagli
l'hotel, anche se un pò fuori mano (serve la macchina), a primo acchito si presenta bene, arredato con ricercatezza, personale molto disponibile e gradevole. Però, poi, si perde nei dettagli. Ho prenotato (e pagato più rispetto ad una camera standard) per una camera superior. Appena entrati, anche se la camera non era molto grande, l'impressione è stata positiva: pavimento in stile vietrese, vetrata grandissima con bellissima vista sul Golfo di Napoli (è vero che subito sotto ci sono gli stabilimenti industriali, ma alzando un pò lo sguardo la vista è davvero meravigliosa), avvolgibili elettrici. Poi, però, guardandosi attorno, i dettagli sono deludenti: le tende non si chiudevano del tutto; il frigorifero era spento e vuoto; le pareti presentavano diverse macchie e qualche infiltrazione in corrispondenza del bagno; qualche pomello dei cassetti era staccato; in bagno la ventola era molto rumorosa; l'alzatappo del bidet era privo del pomello; la cabina doccia non si chiudeva del tutto lasciando uscire l'acqua; non c'era il ripiano per poggiare il bagnoschiuma; il telefono doccia bisognava tenerlo in mano altrimenti il gancio si staccava; l'acqua calda arrivava dopo mezz'ora che la si lasciava scorrere. La colazione, poi, non continentale, a base di prodotti preconfezionati e poco vari. Insomma, l'impressione non è stata del tutto negativa, ma i dettagli, per un quattro stelle, andrebbero curati. Ed è un peccato, perchè l'albergo, nell'insieme, ha davvero elevate potenzialità.

Excellent hotel de passage
Hotel, service, confort et nourriture de même que l'acceuil sont excellents. Pont faible : l'emplacement. Hotel loin de tout sauf si on apprécie beaucoup la marche à pied pour se rendre à la station de train et sortir de Catellamare di Stabia où il n'y a rien à faire qu'à magasiner lorsque les commerçants daignent bien ouvrir leurs portes. Par ailleurs, la route pour se rendre à la gare de train est dangereuse à pied puisque très étroite et malheureusement jonchées de détritus ... Mais tout cela ne dépend pas de l'hôtellier.

Un hotel au bord de la route
C'est bien simple, nous sommes arrivé puis reparti directement malgré les 2 nuits réservées, car l’hôtel est tellement lugubre et mal situé (entre autre l’adresse est juste mais pas la situation en carte, ce qui fausse toutes appréciations) que nous avons préféré trouver un autre lieu de résidence. Déplus, le restaurant était fermé pour cette période, et l’hôtel loin de tout.
