We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! We had a lovely relaxing experience at the Heritage Relais. The staff is very professional amd helpful and the hotel is elegant and quiet with a lovely rooftop terrace. It is very convenient to take a bus into the centre of bustling Madrid...and then to return "home" to the quieter neighbourhood.of the Heritage. We are returning again in a couple of weeks at the end of our trip.
