Cayucos adventure
The views from this condo are phenomenal and you can’t beat the location. It was just so easy to meander to the beach, walk around town or go get something to eat. The grocery store was an easy walk and it was fun to just be out and about. We rode e-bikes out to morro rock and went to check out the elephant seals in Cambria…the coastal drive is relaxing as well… the condo it self was stocked with k cups and laundry detergent, tp and shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs and boogie boards. I wasnt expecting any of this so it was a comforting surprise. Lots of soft blankets and comfortable beds-we didn’t really hear the neighbors. It feels safe in the community which was also a plus if you want to send a teen to the store or to pick up food…I would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend!
Had some friends visiting from Wisconsin and wanted to take them to a part of the California coast they didn't know existed. Unfortunately, it was a rainy weekend, and we didn't get a chance to enjoy the view from the deck. Everything else was great! Went to Hearst Castle, saw the Sea Lions and went to the Monarch Grove. Like to go back on a sunny weekend and enjoy the view from the deck...

Easy to get everywhere in town and loved watching the waves and the surfers. Perfectly appointed and decorated. The hosts were great about checking in with us and even mailed me a jacket I forgot!

Great condo!
We drove out from Colorado for some quality time with our daughter & son in law. We wanted a ocean view where we could walk to shops & restaurants not far from other beach communities. This was. Great place that suited us well. We liked the off street owner parking and that it has all you need in way of conveniences. Caretakers were great communicators! Thanks!

A perfect stay at the beach
My 3 daughters and I were wowed from the moment we arrived. The place was perfectly appointed with an unobstructed views of the ocean, pier, and Morro Rock. The place is conveniently located downtown but very peaceful. The large balcony accommodates 6 people comfortably and was conducive to many hours of talking over coffee at breakfast with my daughters. I would absolutely stay again.

Great location, right next to the beach and down town. Beautiful views of the ocean and Morro Rock( when the fog isn’t covering it!) Comfortable and nice condo. Host was checking in to make sure everything was going well.

A great stay
We really enjoyed the condo as a home base for this year's New Year's day festivities. We really appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was so we could really cook a homemade meal. The location can't be beat!

Road trip rest stop
Fabulous property in a cute town. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets and looking out for dolphins! Tom and Lisa were very easy to communicate with and offered advice and support.

Lovely condo
The biggest draw of this property is the patio view. Comfortable seating for meals outdoors overlooking the beach, the pier and Morro. Bay. Very comfortable condo with amenities for guests who can handle stairs inside and out.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nicely decorated. It is a great location. It has everything you need there. Lots of coffee. Nice bed. I was disappointed by the view. I thought there was more of a beach view. I didn't realize from the picture that it was a roof in front of us. There is a caption on one of the pictures that states the beach is not right there so I knew we weren't over a beach. Still, you do have a nice view of the pier and Morro rock. My disappointment did not ruin our trip. Like I said, we enjoyed the place.

Ultimate Relaxation
This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It was our first time using VRBO, and we were blessed to have Tom and Lisa to help us along. Their communication was perfect from start to finish. Their condo was awesome. Well furnished, Wi-Fi worked perfect, TVs in every room. Nice fridge and plenty of cooking utensils.Cozy and well appointed. My morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck overlooking the beach were priceless. Listening to the music of the waves was beautiful. Lisa and Tom had a bottle of champagne waiting for us for our 50th wedding anniversary! They gave us suggestions for restaurants and we used them- great recommendations - food and service were excellent. You are in the center of town and butted up against the beach, absolutely awesome location. I will say the steps are tough for older people with disabilities but we made it just fine. They tell you about the stairs before you ever rent. If you use a walker or need assistance walking then this is not for you! My only down side is that I had to leave, and I will greatly miss the morning coffee watching the waves, surfers, and families on the beach. Lisa and Tom were the consummate hosts and their property was clean, well furnished, inviting, and lived up to their advertisement. The location was phenomenal. I highly recommend Lisa and Tom and their property. We can’t thank them enough for making our 50th wedding anniversary truly special. Yes, we would go there again but for a much longer stay! Don’t hesitate to book this one❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎉🍾🥂

Great spot!
We really did enjoy our 4 day weekend here. It was perfect for us two couples. Could of had 3 couples and been comfy. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, deli, restaurants and bars. I would recommend this to everybody. I will say that I will return.

Presidents Day Weekend
Even though our balcony looked out over the flat roof of the building between us and the beach it was actually a plus because you didn’t see the the parking lot. The roof and the beach blended together. The house was very nice and homey and fit us just fine with our family of 6. All three over my boys are over 6’ and my daughter is 5’7” so the beds were just fine. The pull couch was very comfortable. The ocean air was very soothing and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Beach getaway to Cayucos
This condo is perfect for your beachfront getaway close to town. It's a two story condo with the bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs. The best spot is the balcony/porch with a great view of the pier, beach and sunsets! We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing vacation and loved the vibe of downtown Cayucos! Walks on the beach were fabulous and there are so many great hikes close by. Highly recommend this for your Cayucos getaway!

Fun in Cayucos
We have rented beach properties in Cayucos for 17 years. The places we loved have become unaffordable. Pier View is an excellent value, the only downside being 2 bedrooms (for us). However, they provide a comfortable Aerobed that fits nicely upstairs. Beautiful view from the upstairs deck. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need to cook with. Comfy beds. The stairs are steep, might be a problem for some, bedrooms downstairs, kitchen, dining and living room upstairs. However, my husband and I are over 70 years old and managed well enough that we would rent again in spite of the stairs. Nice and comfortable!

Perfect location
This condo was lovely, quiet, and in the perfect location. The view was incredible, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. I wouldn’t recommend it for young children, as the stairs were steep, and there seemed to be fragile items in precarious places, but it is ideal for an adult getaway, and it would be ideal for one to two couples.

Awesome view, Great Location
We used this condo as a halfway meeting spot for Thanksgiving with our adult kids. Just like the pictures, the view of the ocean was outstanding! Parking was convenient and you are within easy walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants, antique stores and more. The kitchen had more than we needed even for a Thanksgiving dinner, well stocked. My only advice is to be very careful going down the stairs..especially in socks! The beds were comfortable and the unit has a blow up mattress for extra people but beware there aren’t any blinds on the upstairs windows. Paso Robles and wine tasting are a short 35 min drive for additional fun. Even though we didn’t have great beach weather this unit brought the relaxation of the ocean with the decorations, surfers to watch and the sights and sounds of the water. Thank you for sharing your special spot with us, hope to see you again sometime!

Great place and best location in Cayucos
Just finished our second 10 day stay at this place in the past few years. Excellent two floor condo (bedrooms downstairs, living room, kitchen, and deck upstairs). Great kitchen equipment for cooking nearly anything. Beautiful view of ocean and pier from upstairs deck. Best location in town - 1 minute walk at most to all of the main businesses of the two block strip (cookie shop, smoked fish taco/sandwich stand, saloon, convenience store, restaurants) and a two minute drive to Cayucos grocery store. 30 seconds to feet in the sand. Just perfect for a small family. Kids have to share a bed if staying in same room but for us that was no big deal. There is no doubt that we will be back.

Liked being right on the beach, short walk to explore the tide pools. Picked up driftwood. The unit was decorated fitting of the surrounding beach. The unit lacked nothing to do cooking.
