" The Hyatt Regency was absolutely the best place that I’ve ever stayed my two adult children and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everyone there was so polite. The staff was wonderful very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. I had the garden view just as beautiful as the ocean view with all the birds and the trees and the palm trees. Everywhere our rooms were cleaned every single day the staff at the bars were wonderful. Nefertiti was the best server ever she was with the sandbar, Israel was also wonderful. He was the welcoming staff Anthony was at Nori was our waiter who was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about this place. I will say that this place is completely exclusive away from a lot of things it sits at the bottom of the rainforest in which the views are absolutely beautiful , the prices for the drinks the only thing that I can say was the average drink with taxes and gratuity cost $20 per drink, which was in a small cup to make the cups a little bit larger. The food and every restaurant was wonderful room service was absolutely perfect , and they even sent us all of the accommodations that we need I can’t rave about this place. Kayaking was awesome. The ocean was fantastic. The pool was wonderful. Everything about this place was phenomenal. I was suggest everybody to go here. "

"We only booked a room because we missed our ferry and needed to stay somewhat close(30 minutes from the Ceiba ferry terminal) to catch one the next morning and our frustration quickly turned to delight. We arrived 3 hours before our check in time but happened to see Noemi and she provided us with beach towels and chairs, as well as great recommendations for lunch. She kept us updated as soon as our room was ready, which was greatly appreciated even though we were having too much fun at Seven Seas beach to go back! The condo was more than spacious enough for myself, my wife and our toddler. The view from the balcony was beautiful and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that we only stayed one night! Next time we visit Puerto Rico, we will absolutely try to stay here again!"
