"We loved our stay in Apple Valley! This was our first time using VRBO. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The updated interior was both beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the local artists work displayed throughout the home-such a nice touch! Plenty of extra blankets including throw blankets in the living room. Although we only stayed a weekend I miss drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. Highly recommend!"

"We were really impressed by the space and the setting of this home on the hill. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We played pool, walked the dirt country road, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. It's close to Mount Vernon, Kenyon College, Mohican Park, Kokosing Gap Trail, and several golf courses."

"We stayed here with my family and my sister’s family to watch the eclipse and had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful and the owner was kind and responsive. We all enjoyed riding in the kayaks and roasting marshmallows in the large fire pit right by the dock. We loved that this home felt like it was a rural retreat, but yet it was not too far removed from civilization. Super Walmart was only 15 minutes away and neighbors were close enough but not too close. We would definitely recommend...

"We needed a place to stay that was comfortable to catch up,because the three of us live in three different states . We didn't plan on cooking , so we had all we needed. It was a beautiful setting and close to conveniences, even though it felt remote. Sleeping was comfortable, housing very attractive and we would love to come back"

"This is the second time that I have stayed at this location, and I will stay here again. Rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and linens. Location is easily accessible to all Columbus has to offer, as well as Polaris shopping. The woman that runs the front desk is kind and welcoming. Greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. This hotel does not have amenities like a pool or restaurant, but I didn’t need those things. I was looking for a place to sleep at night while touring Columbus. It was clean and safe and met expectations. "
