“It’s a cool large space that three of us were comfortable in. The space works great for work out. We walked to all the restaurants while staying here, and all the other interests were close by also. The host is very friendly. We plan on staying here in the future when we’re back in LA.”

“I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This was in a great location and decorated beautifully. My host was very gracious and accommodating of my allergy to fragrance. I was on the go much of the time and didn't spend much time there, but the time I did was great. I highly recommend this condo!”

“My brother and his son who is 16 stayed at the property. They absolutely love the location. They spent a day over at Warner Brothers doing the tour they appreciate all the toiletries That were left for them. They enjoyed an evening sitting by the back at the fire and spoke highly of the decor and how comfortable the beds were!”

“My sister, and I very much enjoyed our trip to Los Angeles, staying in this charming apartment in the Hollywood Hills. Apart from the steep steps to get down to the apartment, there was nothing we can find at fault! Very comfortable, and all the kitchen equipment you could need. we were there in February so it was a little chilly, but there were heaters in every room, so that was not a problem. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay!”

“The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.”

“This place is cute and clean and has all the amenities you would need. It's up in the Hollywood hills so be aware that driving and parking on the street is a challenge, but it's doable. Views cannot be beat. The only complaint I had was we smelled weed almost constantly day and night coming through the vents. That's the only reason I didn't give the property 5 stars. I'm aware weed is legal in CA, but this was insane. Luckily it's always so beautiful there, so when we came home everyday we just...

“Drawers and cabinetry were broken. The hallway had a moldy smell. Great location. Not a nice place. Needs attention and updating.”

“We discovered a big live cockroach inside the apartment hallway. We also noticed that the floors were very sticky (obviously had not been cleaned for a long time), and that the carpeted areas did not appear to have been vacuumed. Additionally, we were disappointed with several basic things: the carpet had a lot of stains, the handle of the fridge was roughly fixed with scotch tape to hold in place, the few dishes and pans available were mostly chipped and some did not look clean, many light...
