Floors feel sandy/dirty as soon as you come in. There’s a musty smell indoors as well. They need to ventilate the whole building. Staircases need to be vacuumed. Couches and chairs in the room need to be cleaned as well. The exterior needs a little more TLC, seems like they don’t have a gardener on staff.
I walked to check -in it smelled of chemicals and nursing home ,I pre payed cor the room online . I didn't know about the 200 $ cash deposit The women at the front desk cancled my room while i lefted to get the ash despoit there was no atm there , and she cancled my room i was getting the room because i had major surgeries in the early morning at the hospit all 7 minute away .
Cancled a disabled mom ,Dealing with medical issues ' I had seizers later that night due to the stress of this situation and still waiting for my refund on the room . This was so unfair and i will never recommend this hotel ever . if i could give it a negative stars I would .

They need to seriously put some money back into the property. Our room was nice and spacious, totally ruined with a toilet seat that costs $15 that should have been replaced 2 years ago...totally ripped up, because of this it is not able to be sterilized. Gross. Other than that, furniture is worn and could also use some upgrading.
Dirty, not professional, very uncomfortable, cooled af pools just miserable all the way around.

The pool was so cold you could not use it. Extremely disappointing. It would have caused hypothermia to anyone who could stay in it for more than a few minutes.

Had to switch rooms first we got a pet room then when they switched us the second room was used
Staff was awesome but i believe limited by what they can do. Property is in need off little TLC. Mostly quick fixes.

This hotel is one of the worse I’ve have stayed in, we arrived very late but I call morning of and spoke with the front desk to let them know La Quinta was unable to accommodate my ada room so I was unable to shower and the room spelled worse than a dog kennel we berought to the attention and front desk said nothing he could do
when we are there, room has strong smell, door key system was not working, so either one person have to staying in the room or ask the staff to open the room for you, do not provide bottle water, breakfast was terrible, by 7am food almost gone!
They could not give me a key to the room said can only unlock them if we left we could not get back in iam very unhappy with this I refused to stay there
It is a good and quiet place to stay over a night or two. It has remodeled bathroom and floors. New and very comfortable mattress. I would come again and again.
The hotel lobby and room were very unhygienic. There were only two very thin sheets on the bed. The water in the room smelled like chlorine and made your hair smell like chlorine after a shower. It looked like they haven’t vacuumed the room in weeks. The bathtub was very dirty and had lots of hair in it when we got there. The breakfast was very limited, they only had a few options and most of them ran out and they never restocked.

Close to airport. Good place to sleep over for convenience of location. Nice front desk person.
The photos are a bit deceiving as the room was partially remodeled, dirty walls, mismatched/patched ceiling. They advertised free breakfast and the chairs are up on the tables by 9am when I walked out of the room. Most food items are gone and there are no signs of replenishment. Disappointed.
The front desk employee was very nice and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was not great. The elevator floor was worn down.. I couldn’t tell if the floor was peeling but it looked like paint was spilled on it and never cleaned up. The bathroom in the room had rust all over the door frame, there was hair on the bathroom floor when we first got there. The hallway carpet was pretty filthy.. had visible dirt and stains all over and is lifting. The key to the room we got hardly ever worked, we had to get a new key within 2 hours of our stay. The pool was dirty and the hot tub jets didn’t work very well. If I was in a serious pinch and had nowhere else to stay, I would return but otherwise… probably not.
Hotel is older in need of definite remodeling. Lobby and hallways had a distinct weird odor. Needs some updating. Room had yellow spots on the wall, hall carpets and some stains. Staff was friendly though, breakfast was decent. Wifi worked fine. Ok for price but would pay a little more to stay elsewhere
