“Great Service”

The hotel staff was very helpful. The pool was alittle small, and it only had a small continental breakfast. The rooms were very clean and large.

“Relatively new, pretty good stay”

This hotel was relatively new and in pretty good maintenance and condition. Rooms in good shape. A little wear in spite of being new - probably from the student crowd in this college town. But, a good night's sleep. Indoor pool needed a bit of cleaning.

“Champaign Urbana Super 8”

You get what you pay for here. Convenient, okay surroundings, cheap breakfast not too good. Old facility that needs improvement.

“Marginal”

Conveniently located. Area seems safe. It appears that this hotel is family owned/run. Definitely concerned about the cleanliness. Breakfast area was definitely not clean, so much so that we didn't eat there. Inexpensive, but I think you can find something better in this same price range.

“Acceptable”

The poor wallpaper patch job and unfinished drywall patch on the ceiling are probably more indicative of the lack of expertise of whoever did the work than the chain. Although these things will keep this establishment from receiving any higher ratings, overall the experience was acceptable and we did feel safe at this location.

“Do not stay in the super 8 in Urbana!!!!”

The front desk clerk was rude!! The bathroom smelled like sewer!! The towels were like rags!! The room smelled like old cigarette smoke!! The hair dryer on the wall did not work!! There was no clock in the room. I have never been in a hotel room the terrible.
