Quiet lakefront retreat on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.

Relaxation Plus!
From the minute we sat on the porch, our stress dissolved. This was the PERFECT weekend getaway! Our host helped hook us up with a fishing guide, and we FEASTED like royalty! Kitchen is well stocked with necessary cookware and dishes, beds were great, house was super comfortable, and the view of the lake was priceless! Will definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway for Solar Eclipse
We stayed at this beautiful lake house for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time! We enjoyed every part of this house - the rain shower, soaking tub, downstairs and upstairs deck, firepit, swing and of course the lake and all the water activities. The owner was very responsive with every question before and during the stay. Mr. Cooper (a neighbor's dog?) greeted us and came to check on us every now and then ☺️

Perfect home on the best lot to enjoy the lake and outdoors. Great beach access to the lake. House is clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is quiet. Fire put was a nice addition to the overall experience.

The house and property were beautiful. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated and the house was decorated for Christmas. Everything was perfect from the big windows facing the lake to the awesome master bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return in the summer.

Great Lakefront Property
Our family enjoyed our time at this lake front property. It's great for younger kids with the sand area that gradually gets deeper. The dock is great and there's so many water toys to use. We especially enjoyed the paddle board. We didn't know the area well, but so glad we discovered the Kiepersol Winery. My grandkids really liked the Children's Discovery Science Museum in Tyler.

Perfect lakeside getaway
The lake views are beautiful! It was a perfect swimming area for our children ages 1-14. We all enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and fishing from the pier! The house was clean and very comfortable. There was a power outage due to a storm. Holly was super nice and communicated well with us. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

Great Family Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation. First part of the week we had friends staying with us. We fished and played games. We finished the 1000 piece puzzle and used the charcoal grill. The second half of the week our grandbabies came to visit. More fishing, kayaking and swimming. House is kid friendly. Great space for thefamily.

Perfect Lake Retreat!
The house is cozy, clean, and was the perfect fit for a weekend with our kids and the grandparents. Well stocked kitchen. Queen beds in every room - we are tall people so would have preferred a king in master, but the bed was comfy and we couldn’t complain. They just remodeled the master bath and the soaking tub was amazing! The real treasure of the home is the outside area. My kids spent hours playing on the tree swing, we did s’mores around the great fire pit, drank morning coffee on the porch, and watched the sunset on the dock. Swimming near the dock is safe and pretty shallow. The neighbor dog really is the sweetest boy and good with kids! We rent a lot of homes for vacations, and this one felt like exactly what we would want to buy for our family. A perfect escape from reality where time with family and the gorgeous lake views truly reset your perspective!

Great Weekend Getaway
Beautiful, large property with walk-up, "beach front" access to the lake! Super cute home stocked up with all the necessities in a quiet and gated neighborhood just 15 minutes from a grocery store. Loved the huge kitchen island/peninsula and the open floor plan downstairs. The neighbors are close, but friendly and their sweet pup roaming around the yard chasing squirrels and napping on the deck was my toddler's favorite part. lol. Speaking of deck, it's roomy and GATED, which is a really nice feature for families with younger kids who require more supervision. Even with cooler weather and a day of rain, between the dock, the deck, and the firepit, we were able to thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and the lake! It made for a wonderful long weekend getaway from the city. Great communication with owners.
