“Great Hotel”

Stayed here while I attended a conference in the convention center that is directly across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel bar and restaurant was amazing. I thought the buffet breakfast was slightly over priced but overall everything was great.

“Won't come back”

You are charged for every thing. Yes there is coffee in the room, but one pod (1 cup). My husband and I had one half cup each. They left a note more could be purchased. Exercise room, swim pool was additional charge as well. Regarding the lap pool, 3.5 ft too shallow for me...My husband seemed to manage it at 6'4". Room was clean and maids were very pleasant. But did not speak english. That's okay. Parking additional as well. $22.00 for valet and $16.00 for park it yourself per day. Rooms were not elegant as suggested. The view of city from the 20th floor was a very beautiful view at night. That will not be enough to get me to return. Try something else.

“Queen City Hotel”

The Westin is the nicest hotel in uptown Charlotte. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the heavenly bed is great. The downstairs restaurant is also very convenient and the food is good. I found the staff very helpful and

“One of Charlotte's Best”

The Westin in Charlotte, NC is one of the nicest in the area and definitely the nicest in uptown Charlotte. There's train station right at the hotel to get to the heart of uptown but it's also a very short walk. There's plenty to see and do close by and the Panthers are just a few blocks away!

“Nice hotel, good location”

I stayed at the Westin for only 2 nights, but I was satisfied with everything. It was in a convenient location to uptown Charlotte -everything was withing walking distance. If you would rather take public transporation, the lynx train stops right at the hotel - really convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was looking for some good eats and they provided me with many options and even supplied maps- they were well prepared. I definitely recommend staying at the Westin.

Very nice hotel. A little higher in price than I would like to pay. But a NICE hotel.

This is a great hotel and is in walking distance from everything Downtown.

We had such a wonderful stay! This was not only comfortable but hospitable. Rest is the most important feature of our trip and that was accomplished by the best standards. Thank you!
